| It's the Aqours' anime!!!!!!!!! 😭 The soundtracks and the insert song were very beautiful. What's wrong with Numazu, Yohane? It's a great little city. Trust me, you will fall in love with this city in the end. BTW, I think that Yohane is the only one who can hear Laelaps talking. |

| i dint even read the name, i thought it was some kind of isekai anime cose i saw the colab with the 'That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime' and i thought it was gonna be something big like that, i dint realize it was a sunshine anime then the episode started and i saw her talking about music, and i hate music series btw, but i kept watching cose i dint saw a music tag on MAL .... first new anime of the season and first drop, good start |

| Opening went kinda hard. Other then that it was okay. I thought the performance was actually really well done. Much better then some of these 3d CGI dances that seems to be the go to in anime recently. |

| Oh my god we are eating. Yohane stans we finally here. First of all is that a MAN??!!!!! LL history has been made. I avoided watching trailers cause I wanted to go in completely blind so I had no idea the world was going to be a mix of modern tech and fantasy world. That’s so cool and fitting for a Yohane story. So she hates her hometown and feels she’s destined for bigger and greater things? This is why we Stan, she’s just like me. Really nice introductory episode that set up Yohane’s internal struggles as well of those of her hometown. Wonder what’s causing the fruit to die out. Her performance was amazing. It’s so crazy to look back on how far love live performances have come in the last 8 years or so. They’ve mastered that CGI/2D blend at this point Very solid introductory episode. Can’t wait for next week. |

| Well, I really liked it! I liked the humor (Yohane new thing seems to be to make a show of putting herself on a pedestal lol), the mystery, the background story, Yohane's companion. It was not perfect by any means: the middle of the episode was maybe a little bit boring for my taste, but nothing too worrying, after all the first episode has to establish the story, the characters,... and so on. My favorite moments were her opening lines "now's the time to ask for an autograph" haha, and her song/dance towards the ending, really beautiful. Oh, and the opening is really gorgeous! And, interestingly, seems to imply the tone of the show might be a bit "dark"/"mysterious" at times, which should be interesting! I'm really really excited to see the other girls, looks like it's going to be fun! Can't wait to see how Yohane (not Yoshiko in this series?) meets every single one of them, and to see all nine of them standing together :)! |

| This was way better than I would have ever imagined, they didn't go with the usual medieval fantasy world but instead a unique modern mix on it, now I hope this does really well so the Love Live series decides to branch out, I would love a Nijigasaki spin off with superpowers like on that video they did with the black suits. The OP is so good, I've been listening it daily. |

| Not really a fan of traditional idol anime, but giving it a shot because I enjoyed Lapis ReLights which also used a fantasy setting. Will give it a couple eps, but first impression is meh for me. |

| I came into this more or less blank hoping for something good, first ep. was ok i guess, but now knowing "Parent story: Love Live! Sunshine!!" i don't have any hopes for this being much more than fine. I guess next episodes will be your typical 'one new character introduction' each episode from now on :| |

| It’s finally here, I finished Season 2 not long ago and I still need to watch the movie but I’m glad to see these characters again in a new and unique setting! And I wasn’t quite sure what they were doing for this show but the world being a mix of modern and fantasy is really cool, it kinda reminds me of a show that’s way different than this one called “Immoral Guild” or one that’s more similar “Lapis ReLights” and I really like to see a concept like that again. Also Yoshiko/Yohane works well as an MC, she always did have a big presence in Sunshine so it’s good to see her in a role more fitting for her. And we’ve only seen them briefly but I really love the new designs for every girl, they all look very cute and fitting for this new setting. Yohane’s performance and song was really awesome too, I wasn’t sure if we’d get much idol stuff in this show but I’d never turn down a great idol performance lol. And damn that OP was a slapper, very cool visuals too. I’m really looking forward to more of this series, and this show was also my first Summer 2023 show so hell yeah summer anime is on! |

| i'm coming into this totally blind, it seems alright, i kind of just get a chill vibe from it. nothing too intense or ground breaking, but solid on its own. feels pretty wholesome but the world is really strange and i'm looking forward to more world building. |

I'm just into fantasy and isekai and the cover art kinda looked like that With only one episode aired, it's difficult to say for sure how much space the song/dance (idol) aspect will take in this one, but if the first episode is anything to go by, not much? I mean we had a 2 minutes song and dance in a 24 minutes episode, the rest was about establishing characters, the plot... You should be able to understand the plot as it is a standalone spinoff (a reimagination of the characters in a different setting). Based on the first episode (and next week's preview), I think it is a slice of life/mystery/comedy fantasy anime. |
