(AnimeNewsNetwork) If I counted the right twitter posts correctly after Chapter 119, the latest is 129, thus the last would be Chapter 132. I'm honestly shocked it's ending so soon... From the previews and where the story is at the moment, there's clearly more that can be explored from the characters, along with every supernatural phenomenom or plot that's been introduced, so this feels very abrupt, as if it was called to be ended due to sales, I guess. From the Mangaka's twitter, after the announcement, they seem disappointed with their humble hopeful pleading that fans continue to read their work till the end, and whatever they do after... It's a damn fucking shame... 'most likely that, but maybe they ran out of ideas for gags... I'm reminded of Nico Tanigawa's Number Girl which had more potential left to end with a longer developed story that may have ended early from lacking gag ideas as well. Hopefully the ending is great, but I'm already disappointed that it's ending, with everything left that can be continued after fairly recently these new clubs and characters have been presented, with the changing relationships of everyone. I'm already hoping for a sequel since it's ending abruptly... It seems that Rin Suzukawa's latest work other than Asobi Asobase, with another artist doing the art, is Mitsu Koi Roomshare - Onzoushi to Hitotsu Yane no Shita, which is a josei romance. Unfortunately it's untranslated with eight chapters at the moment, as far as I know from MangaUpdates. |

| Sucks the manga's quality took a nosedive in the later chapters. I'd still consider this among my all-time favorites since the first half is unrivaled in terms of comedy. Seriously haven't read or watched anything funnier than the earlier parts of this series (other than Gintama). Hoping that Suzukawa-sensei comes up with a future work that's similar! |

| Weird, I personally love it all, including the new extraordinary supernatural moments. I guess it is less funny overall, and I'm not enjoying my hate of Kasumi being disloyal to her friends with her romantic interest, along with the other dramatic plots turning the series less funny and more serious, but I'm enjoying it for what it is with this new complexity of relationships over just gag humor. |
| It sure came out of nowhere but given the kind of chapters we were getting lately it's good to let it conclude. Seriously it became tough to even keep up with the name of all of those characters introduced over the last 40-50 chapters or so. |

| As far as I know yes, the scanlations teams dropped it after it started being published officially in english and the official release is only released in volumes, so we will only get the last chapters when the new volume comes out. |
| The last Chapter is 132. 6 months now and Comikey (English license) still hasn't resumed from Chapter 119 to 120. We'll have to wait a fair amount of months still until the last volume gets fully released for them to start translating the rest, I guess. Even though, technically I think it's all already available digitally, and could get translated now. Unless it's actually a volume release type manga and was never chapter by chapter, I don't know. Off his twitter, I had the impression that the chapters are released individually anyway before a full volume gets formed though. |

| i dont know what im gonna do when this is over also, i do love the art club and the newspaper club, i dont think that switching the focus was that bad of an idea, it gives opportunity to focus on more characters as most of them are very interesting imo, and just focusing on the main three would be a waste, 15 volumes is a lot (not enough), i think thats fine if like 10 are about the three main girls and the rest 5 abt other characters i think thats a fair balance im really into literally everything the mangaka does, i swear they never miss, i dont think there was a nose dive like sb mentioned above |
