I've seen two lesbians kissing, but I have not seen Korra.

Anyway, back on topic. The guy's gay, he's ultra gay. He gives off a weak, feminine homosexual vibe. He
and they potentially

I can see where you are coming from with the weak, and timid vibe from milo and how certain stuff is written/said especially in the LN, where the author either clearly baiting the reader or my man just doesn't know how to write that character and unknowingly pulled a top-gun.

But that's just speculation. What I know for certain however is,

So he might just be not the very best writer or we got baited.

Also first time using the spoiler tag thingy if it doesn't work im sorry ig.

I'm guessing he's not the best writer. Occam's razor.

If theres BL i wouldnt have watched the anime, fujoshi :v

I was wondering when someone would say such a thing... I just didn't know you would be so quick!
That just sounds like a "you" problem, don't you think? But it's sad, really, that we didn't get the romance we should've only because people like you would complain... <sigh>

One thing I noticed is that yuri seems to be widely accepted by a lot of people but the line seems to be crossed once yaoi is involved.

TBF this is just as annoying as how similar aged, hetro man and women can't just be close friends.
As we all know: only gay and beta guys are emotional and sensitive...real alphas are uncaring dbags who treat woman like shit and dominate all the lesser men...

Perhaps one day, men can be sensitive and emotionally honest with other men; and not have their relationship be auto-reduced to romance/BL

Yikes, your head is warped. You're doing yourself what you claim he does. We got the intended romance, yet because people like you we could have gotten a romance suited for a small minority and repulse the rest.

Ok, HUGE spoiler:

Just to be clear, there is no indication nowhere, that Bisco reciprocate Milo's romantic feelings, so don't expect this ship to sail.
What the fuck. You let Milo tell Bisco he loves him (in the most romantic way you can say "I love you" in japanese: Aishteru) and give them a daughter and still make the hetero ship the canon one?!

Yea, yuri/yaoi fandom is cringe.
Those people literally think, that two characters of the same gender just standing next to eachother means they are gay, which reduces homosexual relationship to mere fetish.
I'm pretty sure that's kinda homophobic.
Yeah idk you forget the part where Milo tells Bisco "Aishteru". It can't get any more romantic than that.

Those grievances should be addressed towards the author of LN, not me.

This is an old thread, but literally this. There's so much chemistry between Milo and Bisco in the anime, and even more in the novel. All these moments where Milo thinks about Bisco: "My body may be small but I can give you all my heart", them promising to be together forever, Milo literally telling Bisco he loves him, Milo desperately screaming for the Tetsujin to give Bisco back to the point of his throat bleeding when he saw a chance of Bisco being alive, Bisco coming back to life (well, pulling himself together inside the Testsujin I guess?) because he heard Milo's voice, Bisco telling Milo that if they die, they die together and Milo crying for Bisco to never leave him alone again, and finally, Milo saying that he doesn't want to grow old without Bisco. And all that only in the first volume of the novel.

Look, I'm not a Pawoo hater. I think she's a great character on her own. And that's even more of a reason I hate the Bisco x Pawoo ship, because I feel like it reduces her to a character who is there to give the hero a kiss after he wins. It felt super forced, and I didn't feel that kind of chemistry between them. They were great enemies turned allies, but besides Bisco telling Pawoo that she looks pretty and Milo unnaturally shipping them together, there was nothing romantic between them.

To be honest, I don't even need the author to make Bisco x Milo canon, because I get that it might not fit the target demographic. But I'd at least like to have a more open situation, as in "they may or may not be in a romantic relationship" instead of "look, a girl kissed him, and her brother ships them together, there's no way they have feelings for each other".

I know I'm kinda late to jump on the bandwagon... Not sure if anyone would even read this. I just want to say, I think the author is clearly and intentionally giving fujoshi baits. So I can't really blame fans who are shipping Bisco x Milo because they are just being led to think that way, whether in anime or LN.

To be clear I just watched the anime, I didn't read the manga nor the LN. So what I'm gonna write below are information I heard from people who claimed to have read the LN. Take it with grain of salt.

IMO, I believe Sabikui Bisco is shonen manga, and wasn't intended to be BL or shonen ai. Despite so, the author is giving us readers ambiguous messages e.g male pregnancy and the whole aishiteru-thing. Is it really necessary? For what?

That is simply not true.
Their first fight, which was their first interaction was mostly talking and teasing between exchanging blows. Bisco was clearly toying with her, teasing and holding back, which might be interpreted as a sign of him developing a crush. This is actually very cliche and overused trope. Later on Pawoo was literally flirting with Bisco, to which he was visibly flustered and embarrassed. This is all from the limited interactions they had in that season and I really think, that saying it was forced and came out of nowhere is ludicrous.
On top of that, what we have seen in the anime is barely a top of an iceberg and their relationship truly develops later on in the LN.

Hell no, this is what almost single handedly ruined the story. Pawoo and Bisco get married but later super incest lord milo wants a piece of it and hence, the pseudo surrogating begins. This story is such a missed shot its painful. But, I think readers and viewers alike should still remember, this isnt your story, write your own if you have a problem with how they did it. And yes I support free love, don't even get me started, I just believe love is a one on one thing, not one on one and then the cucky brother lol.

Somehow the "quote" option vanished and I'm too dumb to find it or do it manually on phone lol.

@Piromysl Oh sorry, I didn't mean to make it look like I was complaining at you directly, my bad

@aqua11alta This. The bait is what gets me. Bisco isn't very opposed to Milo's feelings imo, and the aishteru and the male-preg are here, so it's understandable why people are irritated or feel betrayed lol. In the end it's really the author's story, no doubt, but if one puts mlm bait in their works they shouldn't be surprised if people eat that shit up lol.
