A super robot project? Strange but at this point of the series, I think it works quite well with these type of super machines.

Seems like a lot of fingers pointed at Jiro for the reason for Aki going berserk. Sigh. A lot of peace and justice themes this episode. I feel like it's setting up for the last few episodes of the season which makes it exciting. Also found the conversation about the atomic bomb interesting with the alternation of events.

Jiro's definition of justice was being questioned, well... finally? Seems like the final performance stage are ready, most likely Jiro will be the final actor in that plan. Because considering his personality he will fight those giant robots, which the fighting cause tremendous damage, and the hatred for superhuman also will increase. Lead to a world without superman, when human seriously work together, they are able to push back/destroy anything.

Jiro the A-bomb baby, pretty much a threatening existing already, yet Jiro keep saying stuffs like justice. Contradiction.

is this show trying to tell something to the viewer ? i kinda feel it that way and i found something interesting after i watched this episode, but it's just a guess. first, i'm guessing the story is a reference from New World Order rumor in real life or maybe they are trying to tell something about it. why i think so ? cause first, that helmet seemed can control people. look at after the green hair girl wear it. she suddenly join his organization. second; the Fuel and somekind of contract between japan and U.S. third; what is right and what is wrong. justice ? evil ? who is the bad one ? who is the good one ? four; planning to erased all of the superhuman from all around the world. and i feel there are still more of it. oh....and last one, they are trying to make superhuman look like the evil one in the public.

and i think this episode was trying to say something about japan's goverment these days ? i just kinda felt it that way.

comparing reality and this show aside, this episode was great imo. the action was awsome too. and we got a flashback about jiro. so, jiro's power was cause by a nuclear ? well, either way, thing is getting more serious from this episode.

looking foward for the next episode.

Androids from episode 3 are back, along with Aki, and someone from IQ making a small appearance. I feel like I need to rewatch a few episodes.

Bio Destroyer was turned into fuel. Jiro's the atomic bomb, his blood can heal wounds super fast and turn people "giant", last episode he was stated to be the "key to the world's future energy crisis." Aaaallright.

Confusing. They are tying things together now in only 4 episodes (it really needed more than that).

So Jiro is basically the cause of everything?

Really not sure why the people think this series is confusing. Pretty much just past and present, event order is not important. All you need to know is that everyone's justice and evil view is different, thats how they shape every episodes.

In Concrete world, Jiro is the atomic bomb dropped in Hiroshima (like in post credit scene of season 1 end).

My theory:
The radiation from his blood affects normal people and made them superhuman. Causing superhuman population booming.

This episode reference Saudi oil blockade, if im not mistaken happened in1970s, during arab-israel war

I'm quite puzzled about the choice of Jiro being Little Boy in this universe; I mean, the Hiroshima bombing was a major event in japanese history, and it didn't happen here. So, what will change in the future ?

Edit: Now that I think about it, is there an event in the 70's that could be a landmark for the end of the anime ?

I'm quite lost with the last scene.
Jiro's the atomic bomb? I'm confused with all the "Shinka Era" and that stuff. So, in the anime the WW2 happened? And Jiro's almost 30yo? 30 years since WW2?

the Shinka Era is the anime's equivalent to the real-world Shōwa Period, which lasted from 1926 to 1989
some of this episode was in the "49th of the Shinka Era", so you take 1926+49 and it's 1975
then again, the flashback jiro sees with the ad agency guy talking to his father takes place in the 21st of the Shinka era, which should be 1947, but jiro says that it's "the year after the end of the war". maybe world war 2 lasted longer? or maybe the shinka era began sooner?

Almost. Remember 1926 = Showa Year 1. So, instead of adding 1926, add 1925:

Shinka Year 21 = Showa Year 21 + 1925 = 1946 = the year after WWII

This episode = Shinka Year 49 = Showa Year 49 + 1925 = 1974

Wow Revolutio: is really focusing on the different facets of justice and what exactly defines it, or if it can even be defined at all.
I'm hoping to see some good development for Jiro as he strives to find his 'justice' in the world and somehow correct everything wrong.

Also, I felt bad for Jiro, being so lost and also being accused of things when he himself wants to know and find the truth more than anyone

finally all is being revealed, cant wait to learn what jiro truly is

and for once i wont hold it against people being confused solely cause of how jarring the start of this episode was with the robots being back and raito seemingly being on a different side than jiro even though they werent. I thought i missed an episode catching up

They really were after atomic energy ! Surprised the nuclear explosion didn't happen in this world. But it explains why they need Jiro so much as power source.
The communications agency woman seems to have learn but it was so sudden.

I laughed at the oil conflict illustration. And seeing super robots being dependant of a fuel was strange.l

I feel a little dumb: I didn't recognize the couple of android at first.

4.5/5

One little problem I have: I thought the helmet had a brain activation effect, but how can it awakens in Jiro memories a scene he can't have seen (or was baby Jiro present in the lab)?

@St0rmblade They were just in love with the character, I seriously didn't see he would become so prominent at times.
Did you find an explanation about the title?

Dat sakuga!
No. Don't make Michiko wear it.
lol at Aki bringing up Jiro's age.
Michiko looks fine in that outfit.
Dat punch.
The water.
Dat body.
Dat healed skin.
Dat flash back.
Dat ending.

Is it just me or the animators in this show REALLY love animating Raito's fight scenes?

Teito is planning on using the ex-IQ girl as a pilot, but she escaped? That fellow seems to have some weird powers.

So we have the bomb (well it was already foreshadowed), will we have Fukushima?

P.S. I keep wondering why it's "Revolutio" and not "Revolution"

Maybe his resemblance to some tokusatsu characters (that's my assumption, I don't know for sure) played a role.

No success with the title. Maybe they made it "incomplete" to allude to something in the show.
