HAH, the basketball team Group K thought they won the 3rd Game, but it's due to their Captain Juzo pushing the self-destruct button first, and it's all thanks to Hyakutaro that Yuichi didn't even need to put his hand into the situation, just some punches, finger's sacrifice and "the Devil's Incarnate' mindset to eke out the debt owner and win 2 million. Kei definitely lost in this game of wits, and the basketball team suffered in this together.

Of course, how would Yuichi not know that Maria's part of the management, and while sending them a message, Tenji's the first to recognize Yuichi's effort for being a two-faced scumbag: protecting others' interests while breaking his own for a sacrifice.

Yuichi and Tenji are back at their class, but what happened...is that Shiho, Shibe and Kokorogi are exempt from the 3rd Game, with the heavy debt loss impounded. The secret of the stolen $2 million in class funds is out, plus with Shibe letting the cat out of the bag that must not be named, it creates an already bad situation, worse. The murder of Shibe's dad by his own son being estranged, Shiho's father involved in the case, and Kokorogi's absence as the innocent party all along for Yuichi to finally cast her aside to have her debt be shouldered by the rest.

The special Tomodachi Game where Kokorogi is the victim, wth the Weak Win Game, what a brutal cliffhanger with Yuichi playing this game alone. What will be the result of this?

Man the writing in this is so crazy idk who to trust, believe or what to think.

Really thought group K had Yuichi on the ropes there but as usual he was two steps ahead. In the end it actually worked out for both sides since group K got closer and Yuichi/Tenji advance

But damn, Shibe just doesn’t know when to keep his mouth shut. Really sucks his dad had to get involved and get killed. But if Shiho’s dad works for tomadachi game.. very interesting development

Management must have taken Yuichi’s comments personally lmao, they set that game up in less than 8 hours. I don’t really see the need to or point tho, it’s not like they were planning to help out shibe or conspiring anything.

Great episode as usual, but seems like the next episode would have to be rushed since it’s the finale.. will definitely have to be a season 2, we’re nowhere close to getting anything resolved

This was an insane end to the 3rd game arc.
One more chapter left seems it will end with a mini arc, looking forward to the end.

It doesn't take a genius to know that Yuichi's acting is very bad. It may convince group K but it doesn't convice the game master when Yuichi is trying to insult Kokorogi. Game master knows immediately that Kokorogi (or Group C members) is now Yuichi's weak point. It's too soon to judge if Sawaragi is involve or not or it's just her dad.

Any way, just like I comment in previous episode that group K situation is a win-win. They lose the game but they keep their friendship, and no finger is broken (except Yuichi's). I love when Kei get buttslap by his neighbor brother, maybe he's into this? Group K captain shouldn't worry about his debt, with a big body like him, if he's willing to play a game that's lewder than tomodachi game... his debt would be paid in no time.

Never thought that Yuichi would do that...... I mean, Hyakutaro's basically stranger to him yet he broke his own finger and also got back the hit..... he's a good guy in his own way i guess.

That Shiho dad definitely looks suspicious and with the next game setup.....

Great episode! Group C won the game! Group K's captain Juzo pushed the give up button. He punches Hyakutaro so the captain can hear it over the phone and tries to make him give up that way...
He then tells him he will break each of Hyakutaro's fingers one at a time... (which he didn't really as he broke his own finger!)
The captain was the one who the debt belonged to! Kei offered to give him a way out of his debt...
'Banri-niichan' xD.
Shiho and Shibe have disappeared! The three were allowed to ho home as long as they didn't run away and don't tell anyone about the Tomodachi Game.
It seems everyone in the school when they went back accused Shiho of stealing the class trip funds. They also think Shibe is an accomplice. He tells them he will lend the full amount of money since he is rich.
Shibe's dad got arrested as the police found out all the stuff and Shibe talked..
It seems that Shibe's dad was murdered! Shiho's father is there as well...
Yuuichi tells Kokorogi he doesn't need her anymore as he doesn't want to get her involved.
A special Tomodachi game! The weak win game! They have captured Kokorogi...

Looking forward to the next episode!

That muscles for brain is the dumbest of the highest calibre, no surprises Yuuichi fooled him that easily. And of course ended up winning the third game too, as if it was ever going the other way.

Sweet girl got abducted, and of course Tomodachi game's the only way to save her. That's just how their world works.

Bruuuh , they skipped some dialogue here and there , but I guess it had to be done , since they need to adapt the 4th game , art quality dropped down imo in this ep , I hope they are saving their budget for last ep , it gonna be insane if they adapt the plethora of insane faces we are gonna witness in the next arc

Now... For those still wondering "Why did Yuuichi give Maria about Tenji's actual location?" or "Why Yuuichi doesn't execute his Grand Plan much sooner?"

Yuuichi is trying & wanting to become a "Good Person". Thus, he placed good faith in Maria & called his grand plan a "Worst Case" scenario. Although he also prepares a "Backup", just in case something happens.

I must say that was a good conclusion for Game 3, this episode also makes me like Yuuichi's character more, because although I know how evil he is I'm confused to how he acts towards his "friends". There are also a lot of happenings in this episode which I think the most interesting is the new game, and is probably the most dangerous one so far. Love the all games so far, and I'm ready for the last one for this anime.

Yuichi does evil things just to not involve others but it affects those around him more and then in the end, when he wanted to push Kokorogi away, he only put her in danger, everything becomes more complicated.

Can someone please explain to me why he even cares about what happens to Kokorogi? Like is she supposed to be his weakness or something? 'Cause that would be lame considering the sort of character he is supposed to be, in my humble opinion. Seems like watching Misa screwing Light over again except Yuichi seems to actually care for this girl instead of being using her only? Idk give me your opinions

As a manga reader I’m not really a big fan of how they plan on ending this season with the mini game instead of finishing out the first round of the tomodachi game. The pacing does a pretty decent job at keeping with the manga but this definitely should be longer then a 12 ep season. I think 15-16 episodes and finishing off the trial arc would’ve played out much better but maybe that’s just me

I’m suspecting Yuichi laid out these “opportunities” for the management including “forsaking” Kokorogi. Saving her here would gain her absolute trust. Idk what would the management gain from giving Yuichi a “bad time”. I highly doubt there’s anything like that for him. The Man looks like he’s gone to hell and back.

Just one more episode to go, I need season 2 asap!

I know people like to trash on the animation of this show and I agree with it but I still think there's some sort of charm to it.

Anyways, this episode was really good, the ending to the 3rd was satisfying but less dramatic then I though it was gonna be, but I bunch of things happened with Shiho and Shibe, and that scene with Kokorogi sheesh...

Can't wait for the last episode next week.

They could have planned season a little better, don't skip content and don't rush things, that way they would have perfectly ended it with the end of Third Game, leaving everything else for season 2, if it even comes out. But noooo, let's shove "bonus round" too, because why not. I dunno man, could have been worse- could have been much, much better in terms of pacing.

So Yuichi's strategy to win was to make the fake leader push the give up button before the other team they find Tenji, I actually didn't think about it but it works, though at 1st I felt really bad for the blond basketball guy when Yuichi started to hit him and break his finger but at least it wasn't for real for the finger part since he broke his own finger (it's still f*cked up though) and it ended well for the basketball team friends even though they lost so it's all good but now in real life it looks like things are way worse and Shibe is accused of killing his own father who was arrest while he says that it's Sawaragi's fault and we don't know where she is, she's even more suspicious now... Yuichi's very harsh talking to Kokorogi to make her leave the game and protect her could have been a nice idea if they didn't get kidnapped and now they force Yuichi to come and save her otherwise she'll die or whatever... so that's what the 4th game will be about, with Yuichi alone doing it this time, it should be interesting but only one episode left so either it's very short or we will not see it fully adapted until they make a 2nd season, okay...

Was not expecting the so called genius to be spanked. Boy got picked up like a pile of grapes. Well I guess it just confirms he was a pricky little kid, not a genius.

Although this episode did show how much of monster Yuichi could be, and how he's still holding back his psychopathic tendencies. Dude punched a sweet dumb guy and broke his own finger in order to win. Despite all this, he's still a fun protagonist to watch.

It looks like they're out of the Tomodachi game for now.... and they're back into. Okay well we saw a bit of they're civilian life. Looks like Yuichi's gotta save big booba girl.

he "cares" bc he is trying to be a good friend like his mom taught him, but also since he will potentially need her obedience

I see your point although I thought the "good guy" act started cracking a few episodes ago, so I didn't expect him to "care" this much about the girl. On the other hand, I agree with your second point. I would expect him to consider her a pawn in his hand so it'd be interesting to see if he has a plan on using her at some point and how. I just hope this doesn't turn out to be his weak point

Well, I’m not a fan of the kidnapping at the end and stripping her and hopefully it doesn’t get much worse for Kokorogi. However, I’m seriously wondering how the heck all of this can get adapted in 1 episode finale. I hope it’s a longer episode. I wished this series got the same treatment that a Couple of cuckoos got.

Wahhh what will happen now!! There's really something about Shiho-chan's father or maybe both of them really have something to do about Tomodachi Game. Maybe her father works with the staffs of Tomodachi Game and do all the dirty stuffs like killing who will try to oppose them and or reveal about the game.

Yuuichi-kun please save us!!

So will there be season 2???? Or a 2nd cour? Maybe they'll announce after the anime end. I hope soo.

I wonder how Yuichi will handle this one, especially since he wasn't counting on this surprise game. Whatever he does, I'm sure he'll figure something out.

Also, I wasn't aware that the other 3 were still in the game. I thought they were safe from the game after the 2nd game.

Sawaragi and her father are definitely sus, but I have a feeling there is more to it. I wonder if they did anything to make Shibe kill his father, or if one of them killed his father in front of him and made it look like he did it.

Anyways, next week is the finale, but I'm hoping we get a s2 announcement soon. This was definiteky one of the surprises of the season.

Good episode overall.
I am fine with whatever they skipped over from chapter 20, but I really am not okay with how much dialogue they've cut from manga chapters 21-22.
Oh well, I guess they had to do it to be able to finish the special tomodachi game in the next episode...

Another boring episode capped off by a twist everyone saw coming along with a dash of sexual assault to try and spice up this bland mush, which is a clear indication the author is a master of their craft. But hey, we might actually get a good game and a body count.
