First Fairy Gone, and now Appare-Ranman. Looks like P.A. Works really loves Araki's works.

Well at least I hope P.A. Works will copy whole plot of Steel Ball Run because they're not good at making non-SoL animes.

Got a mix of SBR and Redline vibes from this, really dig the look of the character designs especially. Here's to hoping it'll be a fun ride.

redline honestly had tons of substance. the world building was quite intricate and immense and the characters were good and plenty nuanced, and everyone had a character arc that ended up resolved. Pretty impressive for a movie with a dozen or so characters. it got a lot done in its small run-time, moreso than many entire shows and even other scifi movies. it made Star Wars look like amateur hour.

good point but i just want to add that Redline had also the most fluid animation in history . which is not a surprise since they take a lot of time making that movie

jojo part 7 got its plot from Cannonball Run, which where this show got the concept from as well, so the jojo comparisons are negligible

Lel, Redline was worked on diligently by hand for 7 years, almost making madhouse go bankrupt and losing the lead's job at the company in pursuit of perfection and here we are some random nobodies criticizing their efforts on a forum.
