THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
With all those practices, Kai should be ready for the real game, but as the last episode with friendlies showed, it's clear that he needs more. And with some advice from scientist Ren, the other members keep Kai rolling into more techniques.

The same opponent team came back again for another match, and Kai proved his stand, so good for him.

Sorry for the miscomm! There's still 3 more mini-arcs to go X 4 episodes each! So this at least still lives on...

Really wanna know what happened to Kai. He has lost his legs and multiple fingers. However, that's probably not important to the story, so I don't care if they tell us nothing about it.

Anyhow, I am proud to see Kai growing.

I hope the total length of the duration of this anime will be the same as any other anime.

Too many lol moments in this episode.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

"Chokai was born lacking a few fingers from each hand, and had both of his legs, which were missing shinbones, amputated when he was three years old."

Even though the bar was pretty high even on wheelchair basketball standards (with Kai having less control on the ball because he has less fingers), Kai really came out victorious being able to score a point there against bigger fellows.
