| Usually beach episodes are full of pointless fun... but this one was pretty dramatic for Rikka... dealing with her dad's death in her own way. She really needs a hug. Also note: Jumping off the roof into a bush is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Do not try this at home! Bushes are NOT soft! They are full of branches that will impale you to a bushy-death! |

| I usually really hate beach episode but this was pretty good. Beach episode are either the beginning of drama or just a filler. Didn't expect this show to be so dramatic. |

| well i expected something like this as of why she acts like that but i think we all did other then that i still liked this episode a lot . like the the comedy as always. finding out why she was like that was expected but i do see some of my self in her and not only in my self i see something i see in many people there is supposed to be another message which unfortunately not many people get. also happy it did not turn out to be a fan service episode. can she accept reality they decided to show it in form of battle since it is some sort of battle to accept such things is her sister getting trough to her we will see next episode. |

| They where cute on those clothes and on the bikinis, and I see that Isshikan's hair is coming back. I loved the jump scene, and that part when she was running to the house, so beautiful, so sad. |

| Awww. I love how Rikka is dragging out Yuuta's inner "chuunibyo," or, rather, pulling out his youthful innocence. When Yuuta approached Rikka, locked in her room, and asked, "Want to go search for boundary lines together," that really resonated with me. It was both sweet and realistic how he's slowly began to accept and play to her child-like imagination. That said, I find the drama rather contrived, so meh. I suspected already that some past tragedy is what's had Rikka clinging to her chuunibyo phase. |

| This was such a great episode! The story is really turning into a sweet romance, and I'm all for it. Rikka's past is also important. AND THE DOGGO. THE DOGGO WAS GOOD. |

| I hate Rikka's sister. She is also a chuunibyou but never wants Rikka to be one. Hiding her father's condition from Rikka was a cowardly despicable move. Dekomori was hilarious. And more Nibutani and Dekomori ship. But the ship I expect the most to sail is the bald guy and the sleeping beauty. Somehow, I know that wouldn't happen, but I am expecting both of them to develop something. |

| This episode was just woahhhh. I loved the ending with Rikka, her sister and the sold house. That's a cool way to end the ep, and I was a bit more intrigued when it talked about Rikka escaping reality with her mind. |

| Kumin senpai is so adorable, I can see why Isshiki would like her go for it buddy. Seeing Rikka sad makes me sad, that was a great episode perfectly balancing the drama and the comedy. |

| Ah yes, the ever heart throbbing beach episode! I always appreciate a good trope inversion. If I had to speculate, it seems that Tooka has just as much trauma related to her father's passing and mother's disappearance as Rikka does. That's amplified by feeling like a failure for not being able to support Rikka over the last two years. Tooka feels like a failure for being unable to reach her sister, and hoped Yuuta could break through to her. Now she's upset because it seems that Yuuta is only enabling Rikka's fantasies. |

| Ahh, the beach episode, oh how I do love it. The girl's looking great as always, especially in those bathing suits. Truly glorious stuff. Big battle coming next ep... maybe. Makoto is really into Kumina-senpai, huh. She barely notices tho. Seeing Rikka sad kinda hurts, but at least Yuuta is there to help her out. |

| Finally a beach episode with the club I'm so excited to watch this, They have their nice clothes to go to the beach I must say Rikka seems troubled going on the trip, That dog is so cute lol just licking Shinka in the face, A little bit of an explanation regarding Rikka's past, and some by Touka, It was so amusing to watch them get away although Yuuta didn't catch Rikka there embarrassing that must have hurt Rikka has to accept the harsh realities this really is a big obstacle for Rikka. |

| Poor Rikka couldn't cope with her father's death so she came up with her Wicked Eye and stuff to escape reality. Shame on the grandparents, especially the grandfather (it seems) for not understanding. At least Touka somewhat understood and still played along with her fantasy despite wanting her to move on and accept it. In short, everyone deals with trauma and pain in their own way, some in a bad way and some in an acceptable way, this seems like a pretty innocent way of dealing with it. I do hope she can eventually face the reality of the situation with the help of her new friends and their club. |

| @JeremiahOrange Definitely Touka is a closet chuuni. And avoiding the issue NEVER helps. It's good that Darku Flame Master helped her escape so she can finally start to deal with her past as much as she wants to reject it. As bad as it may be short term... Lying to oneself is worse long term and will never allow development. Basically, in a sense, Rikka (and Touka to some extent) has arrested development that has caused her chuuni syndrome and as much pain as reality may bring at that moment, at least some progression should come from this. |
| Dekomori and Nibutani's sunscreen terrorist acts on each other's backs LMAO It's not too surprising that Rikka's extra severe case of chuunibyou was just a coping mechanism but man is it still sad. The absolute trust she has in Yuuta (or rather, in Dark Flame Master) will never not be adorable tho. |
