Ah yes, the typical office life. I must say though, they made that look a bit realistic with the first person view and narratives.

A whole office full of adults who are scared of lightning?

Who calls their life insurance when they get an STD?

With the current trend in customer service..I feel that was pretty accurate though....looking at you Crunchyroll, Funimation and Amazon....

yeah, the lightning bit was a bit overreacted but in withing the 3 minutes time frame it was enjoyable and added a bit of spice to the scenario

It's been a while since I've seen that kind of character design where the boobs have that shape. It might look gross to most people, but I find it so damn hot.
Director didn't attend the interview lol.

Disappointed by the director's shyness (wasn't it on the contract? did the producers wanted him that much?) and the inclusion of the giant moving breast.

4/5 Pretty effective presentation of the heroine's working life, the p.o.v. was an excellent idea.

Who was voicing the blonde co-worker?

Favorite episode. I work in tech support and is exactly like in the anime. An yes people start freaking out when there is a sudden thunderstorm or sudden snow squall, they all start complaining: OMG I dont have an umbrella, OMG we are stuck here, OMG never seen a thunderstorm before, although the underground is 3min away.
So yes, its accurate, and yes I post pictures on instagram whenever there's a nice sunset that I see from the window.

Yes, I guess people with STD call life insurance. Its the same as me asking the customer what system is he doing maintenance on and the reply is: "I haven't got the slightest clue, that's why I'm calling you guys." or "Its black with your brand written on it".

Solid episode indeed, loved the POV style, director was wrong in the comments, POV has been used in Happy Sugar Life so its not the first anime to use it, but it was pretty great.

What I dont like (or understand) is the inconsistency, in the first episodes she was working as a hostess if I remember correctly, now she's in a call center.

Part of the issue is because you have different directors adapting strips from various times in the run, so there isn't any direct continuity from one episode to another. For example, in episode one we see a very short take on the playing with saury and lizard battle that would later be adapted into an entire episode.

The other element is simpler. She works multiple jobs. We see this stated at various times in the series. Day jobs, night jobs, both at the same time, she takes on various part-time jobs for flexibility without any focus on just one.

POV's been used many times in entertainment visual media, animation included, but usually just for a scene or two (specially when someone is waking up or inside a dream). What I think he meant was a first time was picturing the whole narrative in POV. Hard to say what exactly he meant through the interview though, since he was being dubbed by an voice actor, probably reading pre-written answers.
If an otaku in Springfield sees the "Moe's Bar" sign, wouldn't he mistake it for a Maid Café?

This show is so based, haven't seen such an interesting project since Space Dandy, shame the episode aren't a bit longer, that would have got this anime more exposure.
