Give me good one reason why this show does not warrant a 10/10 on MyAnimeList.

Great season! Polygon surprisingly did a great job in capturing the spirit and charm of the original series. The CG animation did a great job at both mimicking the claymation of the original, while looking more clean and neater. And the overall theme of "work" was well implemented.

When it comes to shows that are aimed towards children, Pingu is top-tier. It's dialogueless presentation makes it content more universal and it isn't held back by language barrier.

There's supposed to be a second season to this, right? When does it air?

Pingu put so much love on that flower, too cute.

7.5/10 from my part, I had a lot of fun with it weekly, I hope this is not the end of it and we get more Pingu in the future.

Pingu's first course of action should have been to water the flower before getting on the treadmill with it and shit. Much like people, it needs energy/water to grow before you exert it.

I thought it was sweet that his sister decided to help him even though he tried to snatch her flower before.

Pingu in the City was a lovely anime and the 26th episode was a really great episode. If this gets a second season I'll watch. The humor is funny and the characters are charming.

Florist Pingu.
Pingu's plant didn't grow.
Pingu grew again.
The plant grew. NOOT! NOOT!

And that was the end. It was good. Farewell, Pingu, my ningu! NOOT! NOOT!

Pingu was really devoted to the seed that he planted. It took a while, but it finally sprouted, and both his and Pinga's flowers grew.

That was a great series for what it was. Despite being a meme, it was quite enjoyable, and now that the second season has started, Pingu will continue on!

This anime emotionally resonated with me. At the end when he made the noot noot noise I knew the ending was fantastic. Seeing the rise and fall of Pingu was impressive. The next season can not come sooner. As a genius once said "lets noot noot our way to the top 100 of mal."

This was actually a pretty great ending to the show. Pingu trying to master his spiritual big dick energy and make the plant go was amusing. How are plants growing in the South Pole again? I'd give it the highest 6/10 I could possibly give a show. I enjoyed it more than I thought it would.

Wow, what a finale. It's a shame what happened to Pingu's parents, but I can't wait for season 2, I might just catch up with the manga.

10/10 for me no doubt about it

Pingu working to help his little plant friend grow was a great way to end the series. I look forward to eventually watching the second season.

Yes boys and girls, Pingu in the City is the Greatest of all time. Zenith of the medium. Hallmark of media. Gold standard of storytelling. Apogee of creativity. Vertex of invention. Crest of ingenuity. Acme of imagination. Pinnacle of innovation. Epic of epics. Legend among legends. Peak fiction.

Made me smile when Pingu decided to nurture the plant with patience, teaching kids that good things come to those who wait.

Overall, not a bad claymation. I enjoyed it, especially since I was watching it with my family. The language still makes me laugh a lot though. I liked every character, but most of all I appreciated the moments of Pingu and the postman, or him and his sister.
