I'm not sure if it's just from the improvement in animation production, but the art of episode 3 and the preview screencaps of episode 4 give me the impression that the lolis grew up a bit compared to the first two episodes. They're slightly bigger in all sorts of way: a bit taller with their body proportions maturing in relation to their heads, there's more hint of curves to them, and their breasts seem to have developed from flat to perky mounds. In general, meatier, even.

Could they possibly be depicting their bodies sexually maturing in animated form? If this was done on purpose, it's a nice additional detail, and must I say, very exciting. Studio Mary Jane is doing anime perverts a great service, particularly lolicons of course. lol They need to make another episode after the next with them pregnant.

The 4th episode looks disappointing as fuck. I was hoping a 3-way yuri scene with Chie, komako, and tenka. Or the very least, a 4-some if you want to include that old ugly shop keeper.

Yeah... I was also hoping for either a foursome scene or pregnant lolis - looks like I won't get any of these.

Especially disappointing since Komako has a pregnant route in the VN like most other Tanuki Soft games.

I didn't know it was selling so well. Even though I like the idea of having more episodes, I doubt it will happen. Compared to something like "Joshikousei no Koshitsuki" or "Toshi Densetsu Series", it doesn't have:
a.) enough characters;
b.) a lot of room for development (in "Toshi Densetsu Series" every episode is a separate story)
I think Mary Jane might treat "Shoujo Ramune's" success more as an indication that it's worth putting money into Loli stuff. They have already adapted Tanuki Soft's "Shoujo Kyouiku" before, so I wouldn't be surprised if "Onii-chan Daisuki!" is next on their TO DO list.
