| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A battle against a Gunpla mafia... Definitely some classic action this episode and I'm glad to see Nils , Mao, Sei, Ricardo, Meijin etc fight again. The animation is solid as I had expected. There's more fan service than I had thought though with one of the girls from the mafia side. Sei still keeps his spirit high thanks to his love for Gunpla battles. Reiji is back too! The Star Burning Gundam looks dope. |

| This was pretty great, but does anyone know if this is the OVA for the original series we were promised a couple years back? (I know this is listed as an ONA and is a separate entry from that, but this feels like the equivalent to Island Wars and it's hard to imagine getting more). |

| Finally, they wrapped things up with Reiji and Sei's reunion and battle. Wish we saw more of Aila, especially how far her relationship with Reiji progressed. Aila is the best. Would have been more interesting to see Sekai fight Reiji, but oh well.... Other than that, the battles were rather mediocre and short. Bandai just wants to sell more Gunpla. |

| What the fuck Aila and Rinko got like one still frame each. As usual, GBF can't do good fights anymore. Tried to show off too many new toys in too short a time frame. And the new/upgrade gunpla suck. Except the Z'Gok. It's amazing. Neneka expy is nice. Still good to see the first season's cast again, but pretty disappointed for how long this was overdue. At least we got Battlogue. |

| Am absolutely in love with this ONA, hopefully, there will be more like this other than battlogue. And of course, as always BACK-ON is rocking the series with another music of theirs. |

| Fantastic music in this. I'm so happy to see the old cast again. Didn't really care for the first half of this with the gunpla mafia but the 2nd half was great. I really like how it connected to gundam build fighter try with Sei leaving his trophy and gunpla in the club room. Overall enjoyed it. |

| @komic First Gundam was a way for its creator to try to provide something else to children of Japan. (And a way to sell toys for its sponsors, but we all know where that lead) edit @komic What I meant is that despite this, some Gundam (or other robots or whatever toy fabrics sponsored/produced series) have aspirations other than this while still existing for the sake of toys. |

It always pisses me off when people say that BF is just to sell toys (it is no doubt about that) and that the other series aren't. if it wasn't for the toys we wouldn't have any, and I mean any, more Gundams. |

| Watched this without subs to save myself from most of the dialogue, but it was still hopelessly corny. I knew there was a reason I never watched Build Fighters, even with all the Gundam fanservice the people in between are too much to trudge through. Even as someone who builds gunpla, this is way to a[r]tistic for me. Final fight brought it up from a 3 to a 4/10 though. |

| That was good fun. Too bad they didn't go ahead and have Aila really show up in the episode along with Reiji. Still it was good to see the old cast getting into a crazy situation. Wasn't unbelievably good, but a nice little episode. |

LMAO at Kirara. Dat orgasm. China with the save. Dat oppai! Up and down. Up and down. Up and down. Misaki is my life. lol lol at Misaki. Build Strike Cosmos. Dat GM. Reiji?????? REIJI!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dat insert song. Dat finisher. lol at Kirara. He's Mashita's brother. The Arista is shrinking. Reiji vs Sei. Reiji is glowing. Dat final attack. One year later. Finally! Wing Zero appears. lol at Beargirl China. Sei left something behind. And that was the end. Was great seeing the GBF cast again. Reiji coming back was the highlight of the episode. And that's why Sei did what he did. |

| The battle with Gunpla Mafia reminded me of Red's battle with Team Rocket. I really like that everyone in the main cast is one, and seeing Sei's combat development from the first Gundam Build Fighters is definitely something. |
