| Haven't watched that older short series. Tbh I don't even want to watch it. Chain Chronicles seems good/interesting but not that interesting that I'd need to watch everything of it. And it is possible to understand the series without having watched that older short series. Not too complicated plot and the setting ... if you read the description you already know a lot. |

| There's no point of watching the TV series. It's exactly the same as the movie and the movie has already advanced to episode 8. The third film will have episode 9-12, and i assume that's how many episodes the TV series gonna have too. So I don't even know what the publishers thinking for doing this other than just wasting air time and money. |
