| Fuck I hate being throttled, I can't make 50 gig last a month anymore :( I've exceeded 50 gig within my first 10-14 days the last 5 months in a row :\ When I was a hardcore WOW player I usually only used about 20 gig a month :\ |
| Sucks man :( I play wow on dialup at work and aside from major cities i dont lag enough that its unplayable, so they had to have designed wow to be bandwidth friendly. Anime is never bandwidth friendly :P There isn't a uni or some buddy you can mooch off of? |

| By the time you wake up (or shortly after it) on Wednesday GChan the BSS version of Spice and Wolf should be out. It comes out roughly 7:30 pm Wednesday for me so I'm assuming I'm ahead by 10-12 hours if you're american. DazarGaidin said: There isn't a uni or some buddy you can mooch off of? I'm not going to bring it up while waiting in queue to get into Famous at QBH (best house/electro/trance nightclub in Melbourne) or stuff like that lol. My IRL friend is pretty much the same, we just pretty much talk about it if we're hanging out by ourselves. |

There's also the issue of rating stuff like Burst Angel. I love it, but it's crap. Maybe I'll rate everything like it should be and not based on how I like it...? I dunno lol. |
| Just rate each show on it's merits, heck if you want to you could always tag Burst Angel as a guilty pleasure as a way to explain the higher the normal rating. |
| Just be honest with your ratings. I'm not one of those people that holds off on a 10 for something just because there not perfect as nothing is. I would rate your favorite shows a 10 and use that as a scale for the rest of them. I gave Death Note a 9 and Grenadier a 8. Now there is a big difference in the quality of both shows but i really enjoyed Grenadier (And the face in chest didn't hurt XD) so you should just rate them on how much you enjoyed each show. If you start to rate things based on what you think it 'should' get instead of what you want to give it then its not very accurate. I bet you and i are very high vega as we share 3 favorite shows. Don't disappoint me :) |

| I'm loving this show. First episode didn't really catch me and the ED made me go "this is for kids". But now that I finished episode 3, I find miself engrossed in the small merchant schemes and trading customs they display. Horo's anice addition since she's clever. And I love the ED! So catchy. |

| Well if no one licenses it at least theres a fair chance of it getting a second season. Just pick up another novel and you have yourself a story. The feedback seems almost 100& positive so far so if the series gets a good name for itself the chances of a second season should be high. Lets just hope the ratings stay high. |

Also I think I found good material for a new Horo avatar, the cover of the 7th novel, I'll use that here when I find a good enough quality pic. | I see all those threads about True Tears ect. and i feel like i'm missing out on all the good discussions but i just can't bring myself to watch more then 1 of those types of shows at a time. At the moment i'm watching Clanned and i'm almost done with Kanon and while i enjoy them and can appreciate the show for what it is i just can't watch more then 1 episode in one sitting. Its just not easy for me where as i could watch Claymore for hours on end. |

| Im a sucker for romantic comedyand/or romantic drama :) Especially if it is done well or mixed with other elements like adventure or action (like wolf and spice, or busou renkin, ergo proxy, the third, fmp...etc..) Honestly, straight up harem/dating sim-ish anime like kimikiss appeal to me less and less these days. |

| The Lawrence and Horo conversation was just awesome in episode 5. Horo went through more emotiional range in that one conversation than most anime lead females do in an entire series and the best thing is it didn't feel forced at all. Oh and if you were wondering about how original anime character Chloe fit into things Andrew C said: They basically swapped Chloe for a forgettable male character who served much the same function, but with a less personal connection to Lawrence. I think it's a marked improvement. The opening to episode four felt like it had been cut down a lot from the novel, though; with them explaining their plan to the merchants. It's a long book, and I'd rather lose that stuff than the characterization from the first three episodes... |

| The 5h manga chapter had a Wolf And Spice Guid book included with it. It features short summaries of all 7 novels and from the sound of things this could be quite a long series. Wonder if it will be FMP long (20+ light novels).... Anyway episode 6 was great, bring on the events of book 2 and Nora. |

| Yeah save the nipples for something like Rosario+Vampire which would actually benefit from a little extra flesh as thats the whole point of the show. You can't help but be distracted when theres nipples on screen as most men (myself included) can not ignore them due to weak willpower. If your watching for the story then i couldn't care less if they show nudity or not unless its something gritty and realistic. At least theres a furry anime to keep us entertained next season! Gender bending FTW? |
