| I didn't expect this conclusion. Wait, that can't even called as conclusion at all! What's with that ending? And, I thought that special preview was a joke.. It's real, isn't? They can't end it here like this.. (8/10) for this? I'm still confused. I like how this season focused on development over comedy, while still maintaining the fresh comedy. Probably the best season out of all. |

| I think that special preview is real. And if it is real, this closing would be a 9/10. They probably put in some crap in order to avoid any spoilers for the 1 hour closure. |

| OMG it's not over yet... IT'S NOT OVER YEEEETT!!!!! Man, I was confused the whole episode they didn't bring up the mother, turns out they are saving it for a one hour special. The series' life is prolonged even if just a little but most of all I'm soooo glad they don't rush out the ending. Can't wait for Lord of the Takanashi! A decent if somewhat deceiving last episode. The conversation between Mahiru and his dad was hilarious, poor Takanashi was judged by the weight of Mahiru's punch XD Of course Yamada still took the spot light even at the last episode, those impressions were effing great XD Definitely the best season so far and one of the best comedy series ever! 9/10 (actually closer to 9.5 though). |

| Ending with the date was great there was so many wins presented It's been a while, but the voice of Inami's dad reminds me of ero sennin Yamada reenacting the highlights of this season was marvelous I'm also delighted about announcement of the 1 hour special which probably concludes this series |

| So we're just getting a special rather than a fourth season? Oh well at least it's something to hopefully finish this franchise properly! All in all this season sure was lovely, quite great character development and in general I really liked the pacing and overall atmosphere! |

| Was wondering why certain things hadn't been shown yet.... That 1 hour special just answered all my questions. Cannot wait to see more of this show, although I'll be plenty sad that the special is pretty much the end of things. |

| The best anime of the season and the best anime of this kind of genre. And it hasn't yet ended! There's gonna be an hour finale!!! Looking forward to it. I really liked the snippet of the soundtrack they used at the trailer for the one hour special at the end of episode. Can anyone tell me where can I find full track, if any? (I tried checking but there is no Working!!! S3 soundtrack released yet it seems) |

| Ending was a bit okay-ish but at least we're getting a one hour special which I guess will be the final conclusion to this series. Overall, the third season has been a blast and it's sad to see it go but well everything needs an end. 9/10; hope the special is good. |

| Wow... this whole season really felt like an ending to the series. Most of the plots were resolved even when I didn't expect it to happen at all, given the type of the story this is. Yet I was positively surprised. If the mom last subplot wasn't added at the end of both last and second last chapters, the serie could end just as it did. I don't mind that Takanashi x Inami storyline will get resolved in the special. In the end though at this point now that most of the plots were solved I feel like there is no need for the next season as while I loved all seasons I rather have a series with the conclusion like we had in this season rather than new plot lines popping up out of nowhere. In the end if there ever is season 4 then I will definitely watch it. So my question right now is... I looked it up and it seems like the manga ended. Does the last season ends close to the ending so the special will finish it up or is there still a lot of chapters left? Chapters aren't translated so I can't check it. |
| Damn, those last few minutes almost ruined the entire season. Totally unnecessary imo. They should've just ended this with Inami and Takanashi ending up together officially and be done with it. This would've been perfect. Still a great season. I hadn't realized the manga already finished and this would be an adaption of the final chapters, so I didn't expect that much development. Satisfying conclusions to almost all character arcs. I really didn't expect to be so happy about Satou and Yachiyo finally ending up together since I never cared all that much about them. But that was the best scene in all three seasons combined. 8/10 (Please no rpg fantasy nonsense as the finale. This deserve a proper and "serious" conclusion or I won't be satisfied.) |
| The ending was quite bad imo. I expected something better like a confession scene, something that would make the viewer think it actually ended. I heard this was going to be the final season, well the ending was surely not one. Shizuka pretty much ruined the episode. I did like how Yamada was replaying all the memories in Wagnaria. It would have been priceless if Yamada whispered into Souma's ear and said I love you, same way Satou said it to Yachiyo. Inami's father xD Nice that they reconciled, but he had to take a punch lol 1 hour special coming soon. Wonder what it's about. Saving Katanashi? |

| So it ended??? What now? I want another season of Working,this season was so funny, i enjoyed it more than the others. When i started watchin this anime i always thought that Takanashi would stay with Popura :D Still it was a great ending. Can't wait for special now ^^ |

The special is not going to be a RPG styled parody. If you look at the "preview" it shows a disclaimer "Please note that the contents are subject to change without notice." It's going to be a solid special that's two-episodes-long, which is just enough to cover the last two thirds of the last volume. It will not disappoint. |

| Rather vague ending to the series and weak last episode.. many things were left opened. I really hope Lord of Takanashi gives us proper closure. Still, this season was a lot better than two previous ones, it was a lot more funnier overall. 7/10 |
| Well, I guess they need more episodes to wrap up Inami and Souta. Needs more Matsumoto. lol I"m fine with the finale considering there's a 1 hour special coming. Very enjoyable season overall. |

| Just like in Shingeki no Bahamut shouting "FAVAROOOOOO!!!", in this series I feel like shouting "YAMADAAAAAA!!!!!!!!". Damn that Yamada... Best season of the 3. Actual character development. Now I want a continuation. Inami is my favorite character and great girlfriend material. Looking forward to the movie. Wish someone would translate the original source into English though... |
| I enjoyed this season a lot compared to the last one. It was really fun to see progress being made between characters in the romance department. It exceeded my expectations of what a 3rd season of Working would be like. 6/10. |
