| Looks good. July can’t come soon enough. I’ve been wating for this 3rd season since forever. I’m just glad that’ll be able to see the conclusion of this series. I’m even glad that it’s the same studio doing it (unless the studio is doing a terrible job with it, I kinda hate when a series suddenly change studios). Now I just need for White Fox to start working on Hataraku Maou-sama! 2nd season and everything will be perfect. |

I don’t know about you but I’ve seen series made by A-1 Pictures with character designs different from the ones you see here in Working!. Series like Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Shinsekai Yori, Space Brothers, Tsuritama, and Nanatsu no Taizai all have different “faces”, and they are all from that same studio. By the way…. You are aware that studios like BONES, Madhouse, Production I.G, Kyoto Animation (among many others) also uses these so called “same faces” for many of their series as well, right?…..… But hey, whatever. |

| Satou got like 5 years younger :/ Everyone else looks greatly improved except Yamada. That she is an unimportant character that you never see, but for a few seconds seem to be important then she's gone again. Kind of like that Lucky Channel girl in Lucky Star. |

I mean, these are the same character designs the studio has been using for this series since season 1, so I don’t see the point in expressing any type of concern regarding their look now. Yes, they might not be the most distinctive characters ever made in a series, but they work fine within its context. Anyway, I’m not really here to discuss the nature of the characters designs a studio usually does, or not. I’m just really glad that more Working is underway, that’s all. |

| I didn't have any issues with the characters designs in the previous seasons. Not sure why people were expecting any changes. |

mayukachan said: True. That’s something that’s bound to happen when you hire the same character designer for many of your series. All studios do that, nothing new here. Just like tons of Kyoto Animation series share the same character designs (Tamako Market, Hyouka, etc), thus same “faces.” Does that bother me? No whatsoever. I like their designs; the same way I like these ones. Anyway, as I said before, I’m not here to discuss the character designs a particular studio likes to use, or not. Cheers! P.S.
