| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A good episode actually. "Kurumi StarFestival" was one of my favorite short stories in original series, and the adaptation follows the original plot faithfully. Sadly for an OVA the animation quality is still not satisfying. The last part was very depressing. We can see Kurumi has some degrees of feeling towards Shidou, but has to repress that emotion to accomplish her goal. Best scene of the best, almost make me tear drop:  And Kotori... your true wish can really cause some trouble, in a morality sense... I suppose she is not afraid to kill anyone who gets in her way.  |

| I totally love this ova about Kurumi. Kurumi is so god damn loveable in this episode, and seeing more naughty side of he. She looked so pretty in that wedding dress. The ending was kind of depressing. Stark700 said: "Take me now Shidou-kun" She is so glorious. |

| Only if Kurumi had used her clones when wearing the wedding dress, then we could have had Unlimited Waifu Works. Oh man, when the other Kurumi appeared, felt like it was totally playing some variation of Sephiroth's One Winged Angel. Lol. Biggest issue with this OVA was the low budget, so many messed up proportions and what not. Not much decent gif material either. Also never noticed how short Kotori was, unless that was another animation error, though not like pay much attention to the other girls. Anyways, since I watched the raws I don't know the exact dialogue but she just absorbed the clone right? I'm pretty sure she gains the memories iirc from season 2. All is not lost! |

I perceived the characters a bit smaller than before, certainly since the first seconds when i saw Kurumi, my first thought was "what's this, she is so small now", anyway the animation was poorly done in my opinion, but in the end I liked this OVA so much, probably more than the regular seasons, especially the second. PD: I'ḿ not a real fan of Date a Live series. |

| Kurumi --> waifu material. Nice chicks, I enjoyed the episode. Kurumi got more screentimes. In the end, it's just another sad story about Kurumi.Btw, she looks HOT with that wedding dress. |

| A lovely date with the best girl. Shidou is one lucky bastard. >.< That moment when he thought Kurumi was referring to him when she licked her lips. XD . Ah, so seductive. :9 Kurumi explaining the dynamics of the relationship between her and Shidou to Yoshino was pretty funny, especially how she was implying that they had sex. XD That bridal dress scene was absolutely stunning! Kurumi = Best waifu in DAL! <3 I like how Kotori got pissed after hearing that Shidou has married. That secret brocon kicked in pretty seriously. XD A bit surprised that the Kurumi that was with Shidou all day was apparently a clone. Still sad to see her being sealed away by the real one. Although it was the least he could do, Shidou's efforts to tie that tanzaku high on a tree was pretty nice. Decent OVA. This should've been titled "Date A Kurumi" instead. >> P.S. -- Sub was so bad, I ended up watching the raw after the 1 minute mark. |

| I wish that Kurumi never vanished as I really like that sweet and gentle but witty personality of hers. ;__; And wow, she was absolutely pretty wearing that wedding dress! *__* I enjoyed this OVA. It felt really different from the main series and I think it's a whole lot better. |
| First of all, I laugh at those subtitles. LOL! I appreciate the time for subbing though. What a great OVA. It features Kurumi and I love it. That wedding dress suits her perfectly. Nice to see they took a picture in those outfits too. It's so sad that she was taken by the evil side of her. I was beginning to hope that she changed there. I do hope that "that" Kurmi will meet Shidou again. It will be awful if they didn't. |

| The animation seemed a bit off. As for the episode, nice twist at the end, quite sad. But I dunno... I don't think that only a OVA would make this as great as it could had have be. |

| Loved this OVA. Though the animation wasn't up to spec for an OVA, for an extra episode of the series it was fine. So even Kurumi's clones can split from her overall will, eh? Even the most badass Spirit wants to get with Shidou, I really hope they'll reveal what it is that makes him so special soon (maybe in the movie?) kliang96 said: In memoriam of the greatest ship. | The writers did justice by having it be focused on Kurumi. I liked how they used the first opening. At first I was wondering why they were hinting like Kurumi was going to die or something but it makes sense at the end. Can someone tell me what Kurumi wrote down as her wish? The subbed version I watched didn't translate it. |

| Yay, more Kurumi. Or that's at least what I thought my reaction was going to be, but this was boring and predictable. Don't know where these feelz were many others here spoke of. This didn't touch me whatsoever, nor was it funny. It didn't even have any noteworthy fanservice to give me at least something, not that that alone could have saved this for me anyway, tho. Production values were once again just barely existent. |

| I gave this OVA a 7/10 cause it was Kurumi centric. But the horrendous subs and mediocre seeming animation detracted from my over all enjoyment. Still, I <3 Kurumi, and can't wait til her new figure ships in March. |
| Crying Kurumi is so damn cute. Liked it when the original Kurumi appeared with her one winged angel like theme. What made her become like this? Hopefully that will eventually be answered in the LN's. Also, I definitely plan on rewatching this when FFF sub translations are released.
