| Wow. So the original question here was if there is any chance for a second season, let's start with that. There is a chance, albeit a small one at this conjecture, but a chance is a chance. I don't normally put much stock in MAL ratings, but this one does have a little over a 7. Now, while that may not actually have much bearing on the original question, if you stop and think you might just realize that if this site which is so full of trolls and haters cannot drop the rating for this series below a 7- then it must be doing alright in Japan, where the sales and reviews actually matter. I'm not saying there will be a second season, because honestly at this point it seems unlikely, but there is a still a small chance and a fanbase that would really enjoy seeing it made. Since that's out of the way, and I don't really feel like jumping into the battle that seems to be ongoing because one person's opinion isn't the same as another person's, let's just end this here. |

| Ill say that my curiosity got peaked a little , and I will be trying the LN's when I get the chance. I think the main reason might be just because I find Restia's character quite interesting. I've seen countless cases of good LN's , VN's and Manga getting bad adaptions while their source materials was good. |

I was disappointed when the sales bombed and I wasn't surprise because they did not give enough screen time to Restia and quality characters like her can greatly affect the sales of an anime as seen on generic harem anime like Infinite Stratos or Date A Live where the reason those anime sold so well is because of Charlotte or Kurumi. Basically quality characters plays a huge part sales wise if the target audience are the otakus and in this case all of Kamito's harem except for Restia has been done before on other harem anime and the otakus has no reason to buy the DVDs just for those cliche characters I mean Claire is just a generic tsundere, Rinslet is just another rich bitch, Est is one of those emotionless white haired Rei Ayanami expy you see on every harem anime but Restia...she is different, she is a unique character who could be on par with the likes of Holo, Fuwa Aika, or CC it's too bad that she was not part of the main cast and she got very little screen time. A unique character like her could greatly affect anime sales especially with all the fanboys buying the DVDs and supporting the series in general. |

They totally ruined it, everything I love about this series. Especially that scene were Claire kissed Kamito was horribly cringing me to death. Can't believe my favourite LN became like this. No hope for 2nd Season, ever. Everything wrong with the anime, like most LN adaptations which don't receive much budget, pacing. Rushing everything and destroying the atmosphere. And how they portrayed the characters were really disappointing. |

| God I hope not! Watched the anime and pretty much had to speed run that cause it sucked big dense beta cuck balls. So I went to the LN sight to see if he picked anyone and how it ended and per the limp herbivore penis the mc is he didn't pick anyone.....fuck them all dude duh. Gay... outta here, I just hope more manga artists leave trash simp MCs like this and annoying bitch girls behind in the 2010 like this anime should have been. Glad it caught Carona and ended. |
