| The disappearing noses was pretty weird, but overall I like the setting and the characters. The explanation of concepts, items, mechanics, etc. Felt pretty much as if I was playing a RPG. '-' It felt natural, all in all I liked it. |

| Considering I thought this was going to go harem on me this was a huge improvement on episode 1. Didn't really notice any animation problems. It wasn't great but then it's not "OMG WORST EPISODE EVER" either. I'm also going to say that the MC's mom is a nobody, plot-wise. Anyone who's read the LNs feel free to prove me wrong. She just seems like she wouldn't be important--the story seemed eager to introduce them as the reason why our MC would say yes to living in a shitty world like the one we see here, which means they don't really have a reason to bring them back. |

| I'm glad that this episode answered my questions from last episode discussion and it seems that normal magic is allowed except ancesteral magic is forbidden with the consequences being followed. The headmaster sure surprises everyone with her appearance and Mui has some very good manners. She also seems to warm up to Takeshi pretty easily in my opinion. Seems like the trio decide to stay in the ruined world and something called called an 'Asset' is used as a weapon. Am I the only one who thinks that the 'Twilight' weapon may have been the previous owner to Takeshi's mother Aiba? I don't know why I thought about this but something about her is mysterious? This episode was very good as it explained not only my question but the concepts and the situation of the ruined world was also included making things a lot more sense. 5/5 |

| Eh. The art and animation is all over the place, the lack of noses disturb me.. Also seems like Kurumi's breast enhancing is temporary :(! Nothing intriguing either except for Nakai Kazuya voicing the villain, I'll give the next episode a try and see. |

| So I'm a bit confused. So if Takeshi uses an aspect that doesn't have his own magic circle on it, he could possibly loose his arms, but when he activated it when he was fighting against Katou. So... why didn't he loose his arms or something? Was he strong enough to the point where he could hold it and be safe? |

It's already pretty heavily implied as to why he can use the sword with it being a typical anime trope and all, but the reason is basically answered later. |
| The director of the magic school made me facepalm, of COURSE she's a moe little bitch. I'm also getting strong vibes that the main character is gonna turn out to be some powerful magician from the past (maybe the leader that split the world in two trolololol, they had the same evasive magic it looked like). And he looks exactly like Lelouch from the side. Overall, this anime is reading like a really lame MMORPG/visual novel. Btw, I guess VA just accept every voice offer they get. I can't believe people like Fukujun and Mamoru Miyano are voicing this piece of shit. Not to mention some of my personal favorites, like Nakai Kazuya and Morikawa Toshiyuki. |

| Wow, people are really spewing the hate. Not sure I understand all of the reasons why, either. Really, you're gonna hate on this show because of an animation glitch with the noses? Am I the only one that actually watches the show and not nit-picks every detail, I didn't even notice it until people here starting bitching about it. Really, you're gonna bitch because someone decided to buy into all the BS that made Harry Potter famous? Who wouldn't, it's a fucking cash cow! Oh, and now insulting the voice actors because they took a job doing a series you obviously don't like? Really? That's just pathetic. Grow up. I can understand people not liking this series, not everyone will like the same anime. That's why there are so many genres containing so many anime, because everyone is different. But, seriously, if you're gonna hate on it at least be mature and intelligent enough to have a better reason than "Oh, that's crap because I can't see their noses every time I see their faces." This has been my favorite of the season so far, not because it has super animation/artwork, or some seriously original, deep, storyline. It's my favorite because it's the only one I've been able to enjoy this much, it's fun to watch and the characters(despite their flaws) are interesting. Now, just for fun, lets see who can name an anime series from this season(or even from the last year) that has a completely original plot that has never ever been seen before anywhere in the world, that does not contain at least one of the typical anime formula cliches, and starts off perfect from the opening image of the first episode like everyone seems to expect. Have fun trying to come up with an answer, because you're not ever going to find one that can fit even one of those criteria. |

| Cool a gunsword, of course the last owner of this sword was a op magician, don't really about that much and the principal of the school. Too bad the mc girl is so boring and dull. imo Isoshima is more interesting than her. More Isoshima more love. I'm sure I'll get used to the art soon, its not really that bad but I'm a bit disappointed since this is a 2014 airing anime. 3/5 |

| It's interesting enough so far, but man what is it with Magical Academies nowadays? It seems like magic has started to imply that there has to be an academy to go with it recently. | lol if his arms blew off, that would have been awkward for the guy who was forcing Takeshi to use his magic. Well, this is anime, so there would be nowhere for the series to go if the protagonist lost his arms. |

| I'm kind of weary about this series. It has no direction even though it looks like it's trying to, what with the evil guys at the end. None of the characters have shown their normal lives to the viewer (backstory), instead the show just jumped straight into the new world without explanation. One more chance. If the next episode doesn't have some back story then I'm dropping it. |

Drawing not to the best of possibilities as to the animations, they are going to minimum wage, as if he already knew that the sales will be disastrous, what a shame! ^ ^ " The next episode looks a little different from the usual, who knows! : P |
