| Wow. That weiner scene was just....outstanding. On a more general view, the show is wonderfully random. Nice to see KyoAni doing this well in a less structured environment. Nice touches like the changing of scene upon the salami's impact just elevate this show to further greatness. Here's to the rest of the series :D |

| Really random, liked the animation, but I didn't laugh in any scene. I'll give it a try, since I never watched anything like this and slice of life is one of my favorite genres. Pro: Shinonome Nano and Hakase. They're the best! I'm already in love with them. |

| Woah what did I just watch. I wasn't ready for the explosions, the robot, the Selamat Pagi, the slippery squid, the skipping rope, the gunshot, the Helvetica Standard and finally, the big toe. But I was laughing and loving every second of it. Judging from the pilot, this seems to be exactly my type of show. Short sketches, exaggerated randomness and moe... everywhere. Animation was unexpectedly smooth too, nothing less from KyoAni. Also that ED, that glorious wonderful ED. I will be watching more in anticipation. |

| A decent first episode. The sketches were a bit hit or miss for me in terms of comedy - my personal favorite was the hybrid game of frisbee/skeet shooting. On a random note, it was funny to hear the voice actor for Brook from One Piece as the principal since they both like to tell and laugh at their own jokes. Brook's are definitely better; but the stupidity of the principal's "jokes" did amuse me. "If you don't listen to me then I will become the principal of another school." |

| Like someone said before me, this show is really similar to Azumanga Daioh, but the humor is less subtle and very skit-based. I can't say I'm impressed, but Nichijou is very simple and refreshing. |

| Found it pretty hit and miss, though that might be because of the subs...(had to look up what the "KY" slang meant to get the shinigami sketch). I thoroughly enjoyed the randomness, though I'm afraid that I won't be able to stand 25 more episodes of this. But I'm even more afraid of Nano-chan's sentient toe! D: |

| WTF did I just watched?! This show was recommended to me by my friends and I expected some clever comedy like Azumanga but everything I got was general lack of common sense show with boring jokes and weird characters. Should I like this mess? I think I give this series a little bit more time but this was pretty bad way how to start 26-ep season. |

| Well, I finally got into Nichijou, yay. A sort of disappointment in this episode, though. Maybe it's due to the structure but the comedy is quite irregular. While I found myself laughing in the plate scene (Mai is best character so far), I felt nothing in the later USB-finger joke. And other instances weren't as funny as they were supposed to. The pacing seems odd -I'll get used to it, I guess- and the jokes are a little too foreshadowed and overexplained, it ruins the mood. There are many great ideas, but they are kind of loosely inserted in the episode. |

| This show has been on my list of things to watch for a long time. I'm glad I finally started it. If this episode is any indication, this series is destined to become one of my favorites. Random insanity mixed with everyday life is a formula that appeals to me. The way the sausage scene was handled is perfect; such a trivial event is made to look like the climactic scene of a sports or action program. |

| The series started with a huge BANG (literally). I loved it. I knew right away the anime won't disappoint. Loved the skits and randomness. It's a nice change from other anime that you need to take the plot seriously. |

| Did not expect the explosion at the start.. First time seeing a person riding a goat to school.. Weird, but in a good way.. Lol at the wiener part.. It was kinda epic haha! I guess the theme of this show would be random funny scenes (which I don't mind).. I like the animation and the art.. It's new to my eyes.. Hoping to enjoy the rest! |

| The I waited and now I can enjoy it. First episode really nice, I was expecting something more than normal but it is not so bad. Funny gags, some are truly pearls of dementia, I hope you do not expire in repetitive. The characters seem very strange and funny. Designs and colors I like, while being very simple. The animations are good, the opening and ending are catchy. For now, my vote is 7/10! |
