| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- SUBS are out! The story is going nice and smooth. I wonder what's up with Raven? I will definitely update this when subs are out! KEY POINTS: -Edgar and Lydia ARE GETTING MUCH CLOSER! That's good! Lydia is still fearful of Raven but even more now cause the blood freaked her out but also the fact that he murdered!! I don't blame her fragility. THAT'S WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HER! -Raven shows some past of his. Well I get the whole appreciation of his for taking him for what he is by Edgar. Also the fact that he was born as slave sprite and thus freedom to him is precious. -Huskley you SOB! Still causing problems for Edgar but this time involving her father! How lame and sleazy can you get. I just hope the gun shot at the end did not hurt either. -I like the little brownies part. Cause they are pretty cute in appearance. Plushie of them for sale??? I understand that they just want to go home but are lost, guess the world in their vision is quite different than humans perceptions. -The road goes on and they have traveled to the first part of the puzzle that was in the letter. Up to the fairy ring and beyond to the tower. Although this is withing the Merrow territory, I would be careful cause Merrows tend to drag people down to the sea unless that human happens to be the true master. -There was a really close part that even Lydia says she can barely resist. Should Raven have not come they would have kissed! DAMN! Could have been a early start but ooops sorry Edgar guess another time. :P HIGHLIGHTS Lydia blushing is KAWAIIIIII+That scene with edgar is A CLOSE ONE!   That small blood patch freaked out Lydia really bad so one can deduce a very fragile character+KAWAIIII BROWNIES......anyone going to buy a plushie of them??   The new guy is mysterious but he has Merrow blood in him.   I LOVE IT when Lydia blushes!+Lydia gets freaked out by Edgar admitting he is full of lies but also it is more about Raven's killings.   Raven's piece of the past when most likely he was a salve sprite+WTF is in his eye? Dark Faerie Lord....noooo the very own sprite within him!!   The shadow apparently is the old master of the Merrows+LOVE THE STATUE'S art and it happens to be a first clue!   The second clue is not much but I like the idea of a faerie circle+third clue...stone tower???   Huskley you SOB quit your crap already!I APPROVE the way they made Lydia's father: serious yet funny person!   My favorite animal of this anime and I really want to know the guy who controls it+THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES FROM RAVEN!   |

| Great episode, maybe better than the first two, especially since the plot and animation seem to be catching up ! And I still love these characters :) |

| Loved this episode. I liked the little background about raven. Edgar is such a love/hate character for me. I hate that he's really manipulative/deceptive, but at the same time he's just too charming. I feel just like lydia hahaaa :P and i thought it was soooo cute when lydia made the path for the brown fairy. could it like not see or something ?? |

| Nice episode! Its much better than the first 2 ep. Edgar and Lydia is getting along.. and that marriage thing too lol I cant wait for the next ep... must find out about that gunshot!! |

As much as shoujo heroines like to be "forced" into being royalty by a dashing prince, Edgars lack of true remorse (because even his remorse feels fake to me) puts a bit of a damper on it. Yay for Mamoru next epi! I have to say though, I never expected Lydia to know him. I assumed he was another one of Edgar's troupe or unwanted followers. Looking forward to learning more about him and that wolf ;) |

Great timings, Raven The path for the brownie was very cute *nods* Her father's reaction was the best. Way to go, Edgar! I reckon they are hiding something about Ermine. | i am falling in love with this anime and edgar, he is too kakkoi^-^ and lydia must be getting more attracted to him too, can't wait for the next episode and more development between lydia and edgar!!! gosh is mamo's character really going to appear in the next episode??? wow, looking forward, looking forward!! |

I get both and I think he said in figure speech way. That is OF COURSE just a opinion of mines. A FEW TERMS: Fairies we all know are most likely from Celtic religion. Spunkies I am not familiar but Will O the Wisps I am. I was not aware what they were but it is interesting to note that they are spirits of dead babies not baptized. Dark spectral hound.......I would say MORE HELL HOUND. A dark wolf huh!? I did not think they would associate it with Unseelie Court. Unseelie I think would in CELTIC myth. Normally it would be a type Leader in the occult world of CELTIC MYSTICISM. |

I once had a HUGE crush on a friend of mine who was exactly like Edgar. I mean, he didn't have so many lies and whatnot, but his personality was just like that. I'd ask a simple question and he'd turn it into some kind of teasing question and on the one hand, I'd get pissed off at him for doing that but on the other, I'd kind of end up being happy inside. And I could never tell if what he was saying was true or not D: So yeah. Totally know how Lydia's feeling. Gotta say though, this show isn't too terrible because there's just something that makes me enjoy it. Maybe it's Edgar's personality or it's Lydia's...or it's Raven's! Something mysterious that makes me want to keep watching =P |

| episode 3 was really good, i loved it!! ^^ this anime is going pretty good, in this episode they explained allot of stuff. the funniest part in this episode was when Edgar asked Lydia for her in marriage xD lol i rate this episode 5/5!!!!!!!!! ^^ |

| Eh, I just can't get into this show. I zoned out multiple times and by the time I finally started paying attention I couldn't understand what they were doing. Dropped. I'll probably never watch this series again, bye bye Raven ;_; |

Edgar is such a good liar. Lydia's dad was easily fooled. Too kind-hearted i think? The black spectral hound is something I'm looking forward to! |

| i love that they actually added the scene where nico talked with the brownies! in the manga, he just showed up and told lydia he talked with the local brownies and found this out, so i thought it was a nice addition. more fairies is always a good thing. ^^ speaking of additions, ii kinda like how they are mixing up the manga content and the novel/new content. the lack of ermine during conversations was covered up well by the accidental eavesdropping, for one. i'm still wondering about that dark spectral hound though. i never read the light novels (btw, does anyone know where i can read them?), but it wasn't in the manga. and i'm still not the hugest fan of the ending. it just doesn't fit the story. |

| The fairies are too cute. This episode was better than the last one considerably. However Raven continues to be significantly better than the protagonists, Lydia continues to be dull ("Tom boy"!? My butt -_- if she was an actual Tom boy she might be interesting), and Edgar has not yet made up for being a manipulative person. |
