| MAL's rating system isn't 100% spot on not that it should be taken as such. But this video is quite violent maybe not as violent as Gantz or Elfen Lied but I wouldn't put an R rating out of the area. |

| Umm, Bleach has more blood than this; I don't see an "R" rating on that. Also, the FMA Shambala movie, which has a scene where Wrath is sliced in two where a pool of blood explodes from his body, is rated PG-13. Explain then. |

| well things can get a R rating due to how the violence happens, Like i think the R rating came from how someone's eye gets ripped out and eaten and how the rest of the violence was portrayed |
