| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Really good action episode this week. -Aliens taking eyebrows to the next level I see. Those guys need a wax. -I sure hope Nick isn't dead (though he probably is). Not because I liked him or anything but his descent into crazyville was definitely grabbing my attention. I would have liked to have seen more of that. -Kogorr dropping that mook with his antenna was totally badass. Next week, decisive battle against him! |

| I can't see things ending well for Will at this point. This arc is almost over (apparently it will end with episode nine). It'll be interesting to see what Minami brings to the table in the next arc. |

| Well we at he very least know how Psy got a crutch in the first place. Which has me thinking, why doesn't he object to saving Will again? It's as if Will didn't regret what he did for a second. Though it was pretty funny hearing Joey whisper "Heroman, attack." And also, I get this is action anime and all. And not that I hate so much hate Lina or anything, but why the hell is it that in almost every anime like this, there has to be a main female character who is so helpless, all she can freaking do is scream, cry, beg people to stop fighting and become a walking liability?! And it's not even about whether or not the female character needs to have any super-human capabilities. And I get they want to help their love-interest or whatever in any way they can and all! It's just that realistically speaking, that's sort of thing doesn't exactly help. I mean try to find a way to be more proactive than that! The only female characters I can think from the top of my head that have begged to end conflict with style are Nausicaa and Princess Vivi. *laughes* That's it! |

| I really doubt that Nick I think that's the name of the fat kid is dead. He appears in the ending credits which gives him some importance. Plus everyone got trapped when the roof collapsed so if they survived surely he did as well. Don't forget he is wearing some type of alien armor. |

Why is the professor shushing them about talking when Heroman's footsteps are clearly louder? Also, the killer eyebrows rock! Next episode is a battle with the leader. This should be fun... |

Psy has been a plague upon my view of this anime, so the fact we see how he got crutches 2 minutes in is AWESOME! The being a superhero while being crippled part is still illogical though. After watching all the fast paced action, watching Heroman dodge and move around is very awkward. I mean, he is ridiculously slow! |

| Yeah am pretty much watching this out of habit now. Mediocre action scenes, boring stupid characters and bad lame jokes. Despite the typical comic scenario and the American flag robot hero, the show could still have been entertaining with faster pace, strong action and better character interaction, but it was not to be. |

This episode kinda dragged for me. I didn't really care to hear Lina scream again, and again, so that I could see Will struggle with his humanity. And the whole Generas/President convo couldn't be resolved in an episode? Oh well, by the end I got some combat and just enough plot movement to not make me feel jipped. |
