| They pretty much went in with an all out attack here between Natsu, Grey, Wendy, Erza, Lucy. Definitely got the vibe of a season finale since they wanted to settle the score once and for all. Natsu in particular was eager to deliver on his promise. The Moonlight Divinities are also arrested but they already made an impression this season. So yeah, a celebration of their conquest this time although the whole arc itself is far from over. Touka and Natsu did become friends after all so the friendship theme in this season is still real as ever. Selene is captured but seems like she did achieve her goal after all. Always felt like she's the most intimidating character in the second half of this season. Hell of an episode but this obviously sets up for more. |

| Ah yes, my favorite Fairy Tail power up, Super Saiyan! Nah but actually that whole thing of "just think of your power and it'll come back!"... is down there with the worst of the worst deus ex machina to come from this show. But whatever, they defeat the Alta Face and everyone lived happily ever after.. what, it's Fairy Tail, did ya expect anything else lol. Them defeating Atla though, does bring up the question of if Atlas made mana, wouldn’t killing it be, like, super bad in the long run? Just a thought, but it's the final episode so it doesn't matter. They go back home and everything is just like it was in the first episode, normal Fairy Tail guild stuff. That would've been a good place to end it, but who am I kidding... for as long as I live this franchise will be milked, and the whole thing Selene just screams SEASON TWO... sigh From what I got from the whole thing is that if Selene wants to become human... but still be some super OP, unstoppable one, she doesn’t actually want to change, does she? She’s already one of the four Dragon Gods and clearly just wants to be the only one at the top. Her whole "exterminate dragons" mission isn’t driven by blind hate like Acnologia or some human seeking revenge. Everything else is nothing but just her toys. Classic selfish, arrogant dragon behavior. Yeah, this is just milking at it's finest. I had hope this would reach Tartus or OG Edolas levels of good, but nah, this show has truly peaked at those two arcs... Would rather not a season two, but it's Mashima and Fairy Tail. We know it'll happen at some point. I mean, this dude already has ANOTHER show of his coming this season.. someone, please stop this man. Though, if a studio change was to happen, I'll be glad to see more of this. |

| This new thing whose name itself is based upon its face or something becoming the main bad wasn’t what I was expecting from this arc. I mean this feels random as fuck lol. Though again, sealing three dragon gods in a single season would be something too rash and too insane. Still it doesn’t change the fact over why this Alta face thing feels like it came out of nowhere. I mean it took them just 2 WHOLE minutes to destroy or be done with that thing, so yeah, it tells a lot lol. At least the music was good enough. Ignore the half-assed animation. Though yeah, they played with a very safe ending, if I’ve to say. Guys returned to earth, Faris got her REDEMPTION(?!), and yeah, they kind of teased as well with what is about to come. Feeling bad for those clowns of Diabolos lol. Anyway, this series was one such sequel which was anticipated for so long, and yeah, being the usual fairy tail, it kind of delivered according to those standards itself. I see no change in the quality tbh. And yeah, the below average animation and art throughout this season doesn’t at all make a stand for this sequel being somewhat better than the original. You’ve sequels like Bleach where they’ve taken the animation to a whole another level where it doesn’t even feel the same, but yeah, then you have this, sigh. Studio is at fault here. Anyway, looking forward to more of this. |

I`m just glad 100 Years Quest has a plan in the story & Hiro has a direction of where it´s going compared to the original series Well Selene won number 1 in the vote poll last year xD I guess Season 2 will be coming because of her popularity she´s a fan favorite |

| Selene's masterplan revealed. So much for her being defeated lol. She's not someone who'll go down so easily. Goodbye to Elentear and a short reunion with the whole guild before they departed for the quest again. The time for goodbyes comes again. As a long time fan and a guy who pretty much loves anything from this franchise, it was great to have more. Was hoping for better production value but oh well it was the same as usual. The journey continues. |

| The conclusion of the arc was kinda rushed. That Alta Face thing did literraly nothing and was beaten in 5 minutes. I know Fairy Tail villains are often defeated quickly, but for the final villain of the season it was especially underwhelming. The same can be said about Diabolos's master, dude did nothing at all and then was crushed like a bug without having accomplished anything. It's a shame Faris was written out of the story like that since part of the plot of the show began with her, but is what is it. I laughed when Natsu thanked her because her manipulations allowed him to fight with his Fairy Tail friends lol. It was fun I guess. Definitely not a necessary sequel, but I liked seeing Natsu and the others again, definitely will watch a sequel if it's ever made, I just hope Selene ends up living to her hype given all the focus she got through the series. |

| great last episode and great season!! the return of fairy tail woo. 8/10 the face thing at the start of this ep was eh but the rest was excellent. selene is such a cool character. hope the diabolos boss is actually dead but perhaps not? haha keen for more. will likely read the manga soon |

| It’s over, but it was really good following this 100-year Quest. I’ve never read the manga, only followed the anime, and I thought they’d show all 5 dragons to defeat, but we only saw 3—well, 4 with that brief appearance of Ignia. Selene was really clever in losing on purpose to take revenge for her son and even became the leader of the Dragon Eater guild, with her goal being to defeat all the dragons, but that won’t be easy. Natsu and his friends’ journey is far from over, so I’m curious to see how the continuation unfolds, with battles against the remaining 2 dragons and a rematch against Selene. I’d give it an 8. |
| It was wonderfull seeing all the characters again. They pumped so many characters into it that it feels like a tribute to the older Fairy Tail, which is one of my favourite animes overall. They pushed forward character developement and relationships so hard that it almost feels like this series is not canon lol. On the other hand this season is nowhere near as good as the classic Fairy Tail. It is lacking in every department. Writing, fights, animation and pacing. Thats why I give it a 6 most likely. But it hads its moments and made me remember the good old Fairy Tail I loved so much back then as a child. |

| Was curious how this series would conclude, and i have to say, pretty interesting finale. Was so glad to know that Selene actually lost on purpose, now it makes sense, cuz i was so mad for the villain to just be defeated by a side character who just debuted 2 episodes ago. Thought Ignia would be the upcoming villain, but i guess we're passing by that metal dragon first. Hope this gets a 2nd season soon! |

| even I knew it was free power we'll before Irene said the obvious. I see, season finale... didn't realize was stopping... We learn Serene is WAY more terrifying and sword guy only wins in her human form. I'm extremely happy that the dirtbag got squashed, but being replaced by Selene is a bad thing. Looks like whenever they get back will be a major battle between Diabolos, Natsu's gang, and quest giver. With Selene watching. quick edit: Nasty <3 yeah what she did is technically unforgivable 1. no one was technically harmed in the end 2. Natsu got to eat them up which he loves. Also Selene insta-popping that loser just further shows she isn't just pure evil, she's messed up but wants to be entertained. Kind of like how Ignia wants a damn good fight. |

You're telling me in the 400 years since these 5 dragons were living that nobody, not even Gildarts could stop them? I know Natsu and gang are strong, but there are some who we've seen from the previous season that are definately capable of doing so. It just seems like they strolled into some sea city, killed a dragon pretty quickly, strolled into a metropolis city on a dragon, killed it pretty quickly. Selene portion and the third world was extremely cool, but it was pretty short lived. Yeah, I think this 100 year quest could benefit from the one piece effect. |
| Hehe yep, Fairy Tail then. 😁 "Homecoming" is a fitting title for the finale, because it really felt a bit like coming home, experiencing exciting adventures with Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Erza, Wendy and co. in anime form for 2 cours, after having only seen them in manga form for the last few years. The main character looks like a Natsu clone. And Ellie...er...I mean...Lucy...er...damn...Rebecca...er...I mean Arche with curly hair. Even though Hiro Mashima probably only contributed the character design, the title looks very "Mashima-esque". And apparently Oracion Seis is also involved again. It definitely helps to get over the post-FairyTail anime phase. After 15 years of animation, I hardly think that today was the last time we saw Natsu and co. on the screen. And Edens Zero sequel is still in the works :) |

| It was expected that Natsu gave a light punch to Faris lol. A lil surprise with the dragon eating guild situation too. I thought this season would be the whole big 100 year quest story but ig we'll have to wait until the next season lol. |

| @JSC_ I agree 100 Years Quest anime needs a slower pacing I liked when they extended Erza vs Kiria in Ep 3 and Ep 4 and then for some reason they stopped extending battles they animated 91 chapters in 25 episodes there´s 84 chapters left but it´s still ongoing tho, Tomorrow a new chapter comes out if season 2 was to happen they would have no choice but to slow the pacing , I don´t mind a long running 100 Years Quest anime because the story itself is good especially in the current final arc the anime could also extend the world building |

| Alta Face was definitely one of the dumbest villains I've ever seen in anime. Randomly appeared for no reason only to get defeated right away, feels like he was just there to waste some time. I can't believe this used to be my favorite anime of all time, though I guess season 2 and 3 were already worse than season 1. But there wasn't much enjoyment in this season at all, most of the fights were predictable and boring. Only the nostalgic characters made this worth watching, if at all. 5/10 |
| FINALLY THEY'RE BACK AT THE GUILD The conversation between Erza and Jellal was so sweet I love seeing them interact(❁´◡`❁) Things are gonna get really interesting with Selene as the new guildmaster, hope we'll see Suzaku even more next season he's a really likable character |
