It's not Yoasobi guys, only the lead singer. Which means the arrangement will be different from your typical Yoasobi music, and that's a good thing 😂

If it's only the Yoasobi singer for the OP, then I hope the music's different from that of Yoasobi itself. Otherwise, it'll be another case of Frieren's OP1, where the song wasn't bad, but it just didn't fit the anime whatsoever. At least not the cour it aired with.

Maybe it was just me but the song itself also felt one of the weaker Yoasobi songs.

great point, yoasobi was really great for 1 or 2 songs max and it's all too similar style.. kinda like tuyu

catchy opening song from her. one of songs i'm waiting to hear for 2025

and i wonder about Shisui's role in the story, well not just because will be voiced by Seto Asami, but relation between Shisui and Luolan, hmm . i think all light novel readers might know this..

I thought the chanting, trumpets and drums fit perfectly with Frieren like a little of electronics doesn't make it not match the fantasy show - 90% of all fantasy OPs are terrible for their shows if that's the case, also that's not something new listen to OP2 of Golden Time and tell me that fits a romance drama cause it doesn't - still one of my favourite OPs
