As much as I want to watch the sub these days, it's getting more and more difficult to manage time for anime. Eng dub saves a lot of time compared to sub. So if anyone can enlighten me about the dub release, it'll be nice. I'm already caught up with the manga, and it's a shōnen jump manga popular enough to get a dub, what do you guys think?

@Egcx Sometimes I need to pause and resume to get hold of the whole information in sub. Which takes time. If you've watched Tatami Galaxy or Monogatari Series, you would've understood.

This really isn't that kind of show. Not even close to monogatari, just watch it in the superior way e.g sub.

Damn, go back to elementary school if you need to pause.

I generally prefer subs, but if I want to watch something while studying or trying to get stuff done, it’s a lot easier to put on a dub episode where you don’t have to put your full attention on reading the subtitles and can hear what you miss if you have to look away. Otherwise I don’t often have time to binge while purely doing nothing else. Obviously the ideal situation is that you can dedicate your full attention at all times though, of course. With seasonals though this isn’t really in issue since it’s pretty easy to find 25 minutes a week to give your full attention to something. For really grinding through a show though, sometimes it’s hard to find time for subs. That’s a me issue because of the workload that I have though

@Bejitto so basically he's not watching at all. That's the irony and the confirmation what the dub target audience actually is.
Dub = fake crap. Always.

Like I said, with seasonals it’s not an issue to find time once a week, aka 95% of what I watch. But in the rare chance I’m binging stuff, it’s not easy making large blocks of free time as an engineer, lol. It’s a nice commodity to be able to put it in a second window, to watch it while working out, to be doing chores around the house, and to be able to look away for a second and still know what’s going on. If I miss stuff, I rewind. Again, this is a fraction of the 5% non-seasonals that I watch. And most of the time I’m too engrossed in the show to be doing anything else. But it is an undeniable appeal of dubs for me. Sorry if it doesn’t work for you.

I don't get it, why are people so aggressive and emotional about the methods of consumption of a media. It's someone's own preference, and many reasons already had been discussed, which doesn't matter anyway. Because I'm just asking about the dub release of a specific anime, neither I'm encouraging a sub hatred thread nor a dub defending community.

If we knew we'd answer. The thing is that this thread is kind of moot since the show is VERY easy to follow, you don't need eng dub if you have an ok grasp of english and can read. Like I said, it's not monogatari bro just watch the sub which also as a bonus always have way better VAs

@ANIk_003 Besides many of us are anti-dub like me, you're saying they are talking fast in this show like Tatami Galaxy or Monogatari Series which its absolutely false. It's weird coming for the source reader of the show, which you should know more about Blue Box than all of us.

I actually don't care if you don't watch to watch this show properly, I have more issues with the "reasons" you gave which they are false. Better if you say you prefer dub or asking info instead of giving false info like saying they talk fast in this show like Tatami Galaxy or Monogatari lol. I don't know why you said such thing. Did u even watch this show or Tatami Galaxy/Monogatari in the first place?

All weebs creatures of the galaxy, hear this message. Those of you who listen will not be struck by western animation. You will no longer know hunger, nor pain. Your Anime have come to lead you now. Our strength shall serve as a luminous sun toward which all intelligence may blossom. And the impervious shelter beneath which you will prosper. However, for those who refuse our offer and cling to their western animation ways… For you, there will be great wrath.
