| I loved this show from the start but the drama is getting too much now. It's only the 14th episode but there's been so many ups and downs with this main pair. :| |
| Why do you keep saying that Ootani is dense? He was dense when he didn't realize that Risa loves him. Now that he knows, he just can't develop romantic feelings for her. You cannot force someone to love, right? I feel bad for Risa but it's not Ootani's fault that he can't fall in love with her. Sometimes you may really enjoy spending time with someone but you don't see the other person as a potential partner. That's just how life is... ...though probably it will be good ending, even when now it seems unlikely :P |
| wow, i was wondering when the new OP would come, and it looks so fresh! was already loving the first 10 seconds. much better than the (jamican?) other OP. and ooh, new characters! what does this second half gave in store! holy cats, i had to delay watching the show for a while so when i saw otani "kissing" her i was like "WHAT JUST HAPPENED LAST EPISODE" but then i remembered :P LOL LOL@ THE TEACHER!!! poor otani, first the trap and now this... ok, this is when i'm not on risa's side. OTANI DOESN'T LIKE YOU. IT'S NOT THAT HE WANTS TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS HE JUST DOESN'T. i understand you giving up but do NOT try to blame him as if this is his fault. just a few minutes ago she decides "Yea gonna like him forever" and then just leaves....whut...-_- i mean she says she's trying her hardest, but have you thought about otani? just last episode he already said being alone with her isn't a big deal to him and he called it A PROBLEM. he's trying his hardest as well. and she totally doesn't know what she's talking about because she didn't see him kicking himself in the head when he rejected her the first time. he felt like crap and he's trying to be what she wants, but not by false feelings. he does deserve a punch by that rice comment though._. |

| Ugh. I hope this episode wasn't a sign of the downfall of the series. The new intro is horrible, the episode was very boring and dragged through, this new character addition is a little cringeworthy and stereotypical, and it felt like too much of a "try hard" episode. Come on, this has been such a good series such far, don't do this to me. |

| This keeps dragging out... Actually at this point I wonder if it's even possible for me to care when they eventually become an actual couple after so many damn episodes of Otani not showing any interest and Risa just being his satellite. |

| I will miss that extra cheesy ED song now. The previous OP was better too. Another frustrating episode. It's the second time I see the studio/author deciding to make Ootani super stupid just for the sake of creating more lame melodrama and honestly, seeing Risa blaming the poor guy for not liking her back is really starting to get pathetic at this point. |
| The opening is nice. I liked the first one more, but this one has potential. And wow, what an episode. Koizumi escaping to the wonderful Otome world xD In the end it's not enough, with all the frustration, an emotional meltdown was bound to happen. Feel bad for her and that part really brought me close to tears tbh. |

| Ootani's fault? NO Needless to say why not, since it's very obvious if you pay attention but suck Risa, I don't remember exactly what his words were but the meaning would be the same, I say something like "I never thought you were a flirt or anything like that, behave like always" from when Nakao told Ootani that he was giving Risa hope with everything he said, she doesn't care she said clearly. But in this episode he said "until when will Ootani stop giving me false hope?" or something like that, I was lazy to look for what she said but it's the same. The same... 2 years more or less and the kid still nothing, if he hasn't developed feelings and Risa keeps screwing, it's Risa's fault 100% Ah, it seems that I hate Risa but no, he still hurt me when she said that she would give up and I had a lump in my throat, after all I love drama and romance xddd |

This show... it has everything, and this for now is a favorite episode of mine. It made me laugh hard (opening with depressed Risa playing dating sim videogames on a PS2 stand-in and finally her family appears commenting it), introduced a new character that can be useful to move on the plot (and created a lot of mixed reactions from different people, mostly amusing ones) and ends with a bang. Rice grain... enough is enough for Koizumi, she kisses him like that, lifting him up with the force, and the only natural reaction is "...WHAT????????" even if she announces once again that she wants to give up on him... yeah, not convinced at all, but whatever, i just like all these characters a lot and the plot is very entertaining and able to surprise. On the side, congratulations Otani for being the new captain of the hoops team. (should listen to the actual OPs and EDs, the italian release did change the visuals with the right ones starting with this episode but the songs stayed the same, Shouganeze being the OP and a instrumental piece of the OST being the ED. Nice art for the latter, nice scene where everyone falls from the sky for the former). |

| I enjoyed this episode more than I did last few episodes, the humor was on point. You stole my first kiss!! Give it back!! I feel bad for Ootani though, I feel like Risa is trying too much and it almost gives me the ick because if it was a guy doing it everyone would see him as a creep |
| New opening and ending! Nice. They're flying through the years in this show, and like the last new year, this one gave us a new character. Maity! I thought bringing back Cane was just a fun gag with Risa's family (Which I enjoyed.) But nope, the new assistant teach looks like him. What a fun wrench in the status quo. Risa's cried a lot over Otani's feelings (and lack of) for her. I'm not sure how her last ditch effort with that kiss is going to work. I just hope Nobuko's gut feeling is wrong. |
