| I low-key wish they had two version episodes one with fan service and one without... I don't think the original was this crude with the fan service.Maybe some high-school drama romance but not petty risqué camera angles to "drive the plot of the story." On a side note It's pretty obvious the artist who designed the characters has "same face syndrome." But does anyone know what the formula is? Is it the promotions or the placement of the character features? etc etc. . . |

| Seems like the rain will stop for the next episode. But something even scarier will appear, the Mist Fog! I'm really curious how they will convey the craziness of that scene. Also for those wondering why they don't stop the race even with such heavy rain and fog, Ryosuke made the MFG based on street racing rules. So anything goes about the road and weather conditions, there'll be some bullshit hazard on the future track after all, but he limits the power and tuning of the cars to stay close to street racing spirits. |

| Seeing this episode does remind me of the most recent Brazilian F1 race where the weather conditions were rather horrid. Still, it can lead to a more exciting and chaotic race because of how difficult it is to drive at speed in unfavourable conditions like that. The Lotus Exige spun out, but made an impressive recovery, but Ishigami in the Porsche 911 GT3 wasn't as fortunate. He spun out and lost a lot of positions after pushing a bit too hard. Nozomi continues to impress me. Even though she doesn't have her brother along of their usual formation tactics, she's relishing in these conditions and made a clean overtake of the BMW M6. Kanata's moves continues to be as ballsy as ever, but he was struggling to keep up with the NSX. His vehicles limitations does show up in sector 3, although with one lap to go, I think there's still a chance that he can get past and get to 4th place. Also, hearing Speed Lover play again was really awesome. It was a nice nostalgic feeling while watching the action unfold. =) |

Also, I don't think a 991 GT3 can do a simple u-turn in such a narrow road in real life. He'd have to do a three-point turn or more to turn around. It's inaccurate, but a three-point turn wouldn't be very cool for a racing anime, I guess. |

| Ouch, Ishigami had a small accident. Good that he could return to the race, but losing so many positions must've hurt nevertheless. Yoo, Speed Lover tune played in this episode. :D |
| Nozomi is totally clowning her big bro for how hard he fumbled this race for sure! Plenty of position changes in this ep, from Nozomi overtaking the M6 and then the biggest upset of all, the Porsche 911, falling down from 3rd to 12th! He was feeling good and acting all smug with the 911's rear-wheel rear-mounted engine before skidding all over the place after he misjudged the traction on his front wheels. Ishigami's spun out was not as bad as Oishi's in his Huracan from the last episode, but it sure is immensely infuriating for him to see his placement be dropped so far down. I'm rooting for racer boy Akaba in his Ferrari 488, after Ishigami is out of the way, he's locked on to his next challenge, catching up to the maestros double in the lead. Speed Racer soundtrack was awesome, with a nice kick of hype and a gentle bit of nostalgia |

| The pack behind in the lower groups are also locked in a very fierce dogfight, espeically on Ishigami's end of his 911 GT3 thinking that he can lead the pack on speed. And Kaito Akaba in his Ferrari pushing the boundaries further whilst Kanata chases swiftly right behind, the rear-ended Porsche unfortunately losing traction to hit the guard rails, thereby losing his 3rd place down to 12th. It's a pretty big blow to Ishigami now trying to play catchup, and the Eurobeats here of Final Stage's Jungle Is on Fire, and Third Stage's Speed Lover definitely brings back the nostagic memories at the very least. On where Kanata is now being 5th after losing cars left and right, victory is nothing but imminent, and Kanata has to put all of his heart and skills to this. |
