I didn't really watch and read as much, but I'm still gonna list my favourites:

(I'm a Jojo Fan, so I'm trying to be unbiased as much as I can)

1. Johnny & Gyro vs Funny Valentine
2. Hakari vs Kashimo
3. Tanjiro, Tengen, Zenitsu & Inouske vs Gyutaro and Daki
4. Jotaro vs DIO
5. Doppio vs Risotto Nero

I'd rather would do my Top 10, because there I could fit much more of my favourite fights, because there are many good ones.
But I'd settle these as my favourites.

@BLUEBERYyummy i just found it way more fun and understandable honestly, there was also more emotion going into it with the panda flashback (IMO) rather than the zero downtime we got with Gojo after his return

Gojo Vs Sukuna is by far my favourite fight in any anime. And I've watched Demon Slayer and Mob Psycho 100 and Attack on Titan and One Punch Man and many others. I haven't read any manga besides JJK tho so I could be missing out.

It's not in my top 5, but I enjoyed reading the fight between Gojo and Sukuna.

When it's animated and I finally watch it, maybe it will make my top 20, I guess.

Well reading fight scenes aren't really the most fun experience for me. It will definitely be one of my favorite fights once it gets animated. But I'm not really invested in the JJK characters after the lackluster finale. It left a sour taste on my mouth

kashimo vs hakari was better than sukuna vs gojo

@Dumb Way better. Sukuna vs Gojo is one of the worst fight in JJK 90% of it was exposition from the characters explaining how their powers work, only for them to ignore the rules of their system because they're special. Both characters healing their wounds from RCT also makes the fight less fun. It's basically down to who runs out of cursed energy first.
