Damn, this is probably the most emotional I've seen out of Ron and we're only at the beginning of this season.

Ron had to play the role to solve the code. Tbh, I love the back and forth mind games between him and the assassin/hacker. Unfortunately, this episode did have a violent end to the case when the assassin herself gets shot off the building. Yikes. Ron played this episode like I had expected.

Holmes and Moriarty are popular fictional figures I usually see in modern anime but what about Poirot? The last time anime mention him is 20 years ago.

GREAT!😍
Love the darker tone the anime take.
Hope it won't stop.
Love alm the dynamic between M's family and Ron.
And,sincerly hope than the leader of M is not a fraud and will be a great antagonist.
I'm a fan of Amono sensei so I really exepct to her to cook GOOD!
But,poor Shibuya😂😂🤣,after JJK,Ron want to redestroy it.

This entire episode was a uno-reverse uni mind fuck lmao. Just when we thought Moriarty had Ron cornered and exhausted he pulls out the ace in the whole, spitz to save the day. I knew there was no way that Amamiya would get off screened like that, thank God Spitz had the bugs and was able to save she and the hacker.

Moriarty seems to have a grasp of Ron’s abilities, but he’s overlooked Ron’s friends and the role they play in these cases! We got some info about the whole Sherlock 6th gen thing, so I guess Sherlock and Moriarty are constantly reincarnated throughout the ages and Ron and House of M leader are the current incarnations. It’s funny how this Moriarty is the total opposite of Moriarty the patriot though. Being willing to kill winter who I presume he grew up with is crazy.

Speaking of winter, idk how she got out of that but she’s a cool character and I don’t want her to die off yet! Looking forward to learning more about Moriarty’s plans

Felt a little dragged-out, isn't it? How much time can you spend on a "showdown" on an empty rooftop, with just three people using talk no jutsu... and lolnope reverse? It's not bad the way the strings are being pulled back and forth, but maybe the presentation could be a little tighter.

The House of M are descendants of Moriarty. Ron is a sixth generation descendant of Sherlock Holmes. They're descendants of Holmes & Moriarty. Not reincarnations.

Sadly, it seems Winter's older brother gave the order to kill her. I liked her too. It's sad we didn't get at least one more mystery with her.

They’re still essentially modern day reincarnations. The role of Sherlock and Moriarty is passed down thru this “descendant” gimmick but they’re Sherlock and Moriarty. That’s why he has that “6” mark. He’s the 6th iteration.

And no, the order was given to kill the assassin who failed to kill winter. Idk what he’s gonna do with winter.

Another great episode! The way Ron and Toto solve the mysteries is so fun and interesting to watch. This episode really felt like a roller coaster when watching as it seemed at one point Winter would win but then Ron being the genius is finally solved it. It was amazing seeing Ron’s sleuthing and Toto supporting him. The ending scene with Mylo gave me chills, seeing how ruthless he can be. Can’t wait to see more of this character. I also want to know what the “9” means on Ron’s neck.

Glad that Winter managed to survive, if just barely. But your own team trying to kill you just sucks.

I feel like the two minute recap at the start wasn’t really necessary but I guess showing it all again does help with understanding how everything ended for weekly watchers like us. And the finale to this arc was a bit of a rollercoaster, we were lead to believe our beloved Amamiya got blown up along with the hacker at first, but we quickly found out that the first bomb was simply to distract Ron and Toto and so they also couldn’t tell the time, but even obscuring the time wasn’t enough to plunge Ron into despair, because we got a handy fella named Spitz Fire lol. It was also cool how Winter was able to fight against Ron’s weird power here, but while that was cool, now that aspect is even more like an afterthought than it already was lol, I’ll be surprised if he ever actually kills a suspect like that.

And with the final murder stopped and Ron not in despair as planned, Winter found out how much of a fuck her(?) brother is when her one failure was enough to have her whacked, but fortunately for Winter the assassin in charge of doing the deed failed, so now he’s getting offed instead lol, interesting way things work there. And even after all that, the third hacker was still killed, yeah I don’t believe he committed suicide for a second, but after everything that’s happened the gang is now more prepared for what House of M will do next, I’m pretty excited to see where things go from here, especially now that the whole Moriarty and Holmes thing is now known by the others.

An interesting bout but surely he'll be duking out with Melo eventually. It was fun seeing Winter testing Ron but if she was just brought into the family and not an actual descendant then I'd like to a direct descendant take him on.

Bit confused. Thought that the phones were messed up due to magnets (explained around 4:35) but it seems to work fine (besides the time being changed) later on (7:56). Was it supposed to be a temporary thing?

On another note, I'm surprised the body they replaced for Winter had a recognizable face after being dropped that high. Sure it wasn't off the roof but the place had more than 50 floors.

So after Winter's admission it is now clear that she was disguised as the 3rd hacker when she killed the 2nd hacker and then when she confronted Ron and Toto on the roof of the skyscraper. Speaking of the 3rd hacker, I think that the new guy that the head Moriarty met with at the end took care of the 3rd hacker by somehow convincing him to commit suicide even though he was pleading for his life (unless he was poisoned by a dart or something and Amamiya mistakenly thought it was a pill, who knows).

Anyways, Spitz ended up being the unsung hero although that may have caused Winter her life but I understand that she's not dead yet.

Not me shouting Spitz! Spitz! the moment they were "cut off from the outside world" , good thing I remembered about the gps/bug haha.

I just knew Winter will die if she fails her job (Tell me she won't make it) + Milo ordering to get rid of the assassin who also failed to kill Winter instantly.
Im really liking this Moriarty even more!

This season is making me hyped, excited for what's next!

I might be in the minority this time, but so far the second season is actually a bit disappointing?

Given that Winter is a descendant of none other than the famous Moriaty himself, I honestly expected a lot more complexity and actual danger from their case? Spitz is merely a plot device for the twist in EP three, occasionally reminding you that he still exists and that he placed a bugging device inside of Ron's clothes. And the overall investigation feels nothing like actual detective work, but like you're watching Toto and Ron run from one place to the next as a shiver runs down their spine every time they see an 'M' or '96' somewhere.

I don't know, I kind of wish that they introduced certain things just a little bit slower I guess?

Not Ron's stupid power to make the culprit kill himself again! That's the stupidest aspect of the show and doesn't mesh well with logical stuff.

I liked the plot-twists in this episode, and Ron, Spits and Toto are becoming more and more of a group. The House of M keeps coming with new secrets, 6th in lineage Holmes? so does that 9 mean he's 9th in line decendant of moriarty? Idrmr what was already shared in szn1 abt the matter.

Do you think it's possible that 9 on Ron's neck might mean that he is the 9th generation of Moriarty? Like that one of his parents was Holmes's descendant and one Moriarty's and that's the reason why house M wants to kill Ron so much, because he is Moriarty but also has the blood of Holmes's descendant? Does it make sence?

Poor Amamiya ends up at a murder scene while drunk—typical of her bad luck.

Also, she looks different without her lipstick. That’s some surprising fanservice for sure lol.

I rmr that he was both moriarty and Holmes, so since the six means that I think it’s only logical that the 9 means that yk 🤔

Damm, I was caught off guard by Winter’s death. House of M is not messing around.

Good to know that they're still alive.
