i would prefer of 8bit didnt do blue lock at all. Why did Production IG pick Aoashi instead of Blue Lock😭😭

the manga art is slightly better than the anime's still frames and the anime has no animation so yeah I'd probably take a 3D different looking show over this, since at least it would feel unique to watch and there'd be actual movement in my moving pictures

If it was done well, yeah. Maybe an unrealistic expectation to imagine Orange levels, but anything nice.

Hell no, the 3D CGI that gets used in anime is dog s**t, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve seen decent 3DCG in anime. In fact they shouldn’t use it at all

It’s been nearly 2 years since I last watched Chainsaw Man so I can’t comment on the quality of their CGI (as I can’t remember). I’d just prefer if they stopped doing 3D CGI in general because I’ve seen time and time again in anime where they’ve resorted to doing 3DCG for simple shots, presumably because they aren’t being given enough time (anime like Kingdom Season 1 or Atri)

I agree bro, I am not a fan of CGI myself. It just doesn't have the charm like in drawn pictures.

Edit: I do love CG explosions, fire and other special effects, but just not CG characters fighting.

I agree bro, I am not a fan of CGI myself. It just doesn't have the charm like in drawn pictures.

If you take for example, the newest episode of Bleach, that is the power of what hand drawn animation can do.
