I cant understand how ppl dislike her, for me best character of the show.

I wish the rest of the 86 got more development, specially the survivors, raiden is great but he doesent have much going for him outside of being shins ride or die, but theyre cool, i relate allot to shin, being someone who had a fkd up past seeing how he pushes away his close friends and how his current decisions are influenced by trauma, his aloof, reserved lone wolf persona is very relatable to me, i allways love and hate these type of characters, cuz they are literally me and i dont like me, so i cant choose him as my fav.

I also loved Zimmerman, such a wholesome dad, great morals, great voice dub, likeable, wants to do justice to the past and make a world a better future, truly a surprise favorite.

All in all this anime was such an great experience, i really wish we got another season, but that wont happen, too bad cuz i aint reading the novels, reading is gay.

Kurena : She is the only one in the main cast of 86 to never actually forgive the Albas of San Magniolia but understanding war will never be an happy game and that sacrifices should be made that's why she starts to tolerate Lena and Annette at some point while always pushing the Albas to take responsibility for what they have done.

Shin is my overall favourite, but if I had to pick someone else, it would be Anju. She went through so much hell, both before she joined Spearhead and during her time there, bur she never lost her heart in spite of it. I vibe with characters who never cease to be kind and empathic in spite of having experienced the worst life can throw at them.

Her character is one of the best and she have one of strongest personalities I have ever seen in anime.

It's not easy for one person to keep her morals, her ethics and keep fighting for what she believes when she got counterattacks by both sides. Her people Alba didn't accept her opinions and sent her off ( like her best friend and her uncle)
And from the other hand the 86 didn't accept her because she's an Alba, as far as one point it's understandable consider what have been through, but after so many good intentions just accept her already especially Kurena, (you had your chance like gazillion times and you lost from girl who haven't even met face to face with Shin, so just shut up).

People who dislike Lena don't know a thing about her position.

Then comes Morpho-Kiri

His loyalty to the empire and Frederica even after Legion brainwash is really admiring.
Also as a villain...his aura was breathtaking. He could easily destroy any army he wanted.
His death was also something unforgettable.

Also I kinda adapt his hatred to Shin, Shin for me is kinda annoying sometimes.


I also love the Zimmerman character.
He's the politician that every country in the world needs.
And the father that every child needs.

Frederika is one of the kind character.
You think in the beginning she's gonna be an annoying little girl but her potential is really admirable.

The survivors of the 86 had zero character development for me.

Especially the part that everyone gets perfect lives and live peacefully in Giad Federacy. Instead of appreciating the kind of new lives Ernst offer to them they like " nuh let's go to war again", oh yes sure the Albas was the one blame for your bloodlust.
