| You are going to be so so disappointed!! While Mashle is much lighter in tone, I dare say its the more logical one too compared to this one. Its story is typical chinese manhua type (in reverse!!) or better say beta japanese protaganist. |

| Seriously man, Mashle disappointed me after all the hype. This seems really promising, glad to see we have at least 1 good action anime this season. |

| funny enough, I consider this to be more like Black Clover but way better. Dude has no magic - check Dude's in a magic academy - check Dude is OP but not relying on any power but his own - no check. This is where black clover failed. Mashle was a gag anime. This is solid. MC is likable as well. |

| That's what I said just from seeing the opening of Reign of the Seven Spellblades from last summer. This one just makes me think it wanted to be Mashle. |

@dragynfaerie Mashle is a full on comedy though, you can't take it seriously, plus the animation is not as good. Wistoria also goes with the classic trope of "Saving the pricess", which is kinda rare in this days and ages.
