| Well, all it takes is NOT to overuse common anime clichés. The fact that series did not started with him walking on her changing clothes and getting slapped should tell you that this is not what we usually get. |

| You are right.... for many this isn't going to make for an entertaining 12 episode TV series. All thanks to its mundane nature and slow pacing. Yes, you can like it all you want, but lets not pretend it is a really entertaining series because it is "realistic". Also, a series being mundane in nature (with slow pacing) doesn't make it realistic. Right now, the way these characters interact with themselves and their world (even in the circumstances they are in) isn't a good representation of realism in any way shape, or form... |

| kind of understand that it's boring. As much as i know our life is too stagnant, this show far better compared to other romance where they rely heavily on the fan service to make it "entertaining" |

| As I thought it is not the step brother-sister incest type anime.Its actually very good if you look from the general perspective.When she offered herself to him but he refused,I understood it is not about incest but changing themselves By the way I would say it's a solid 7/10!! |

| Not very entertaining, doing the opposite of stupid overused tropes doesn't automatically make something good. However, I watched the second episode expecting to drop it but instead I felt that it has the potential to get better over time, unlike most anime that only get worse after the first episode. EDIT after watching ep 3: Now I'm hooked. Not just due to what happened, I'm also starting to enjoy the overall calm vibe (maybe I enjoyed it even more because right before it I suffered through the relentless annoying screeching in the second and last episode I'll ever watch of Senpai wa Otokonoko). Other romance anime from the current season like Giji Harem and Alya-san had a stronger premiere episode, but I have a feeling that their gimmick is going to get stale and repetitive. |
