| Every single episode is so insightful. It's fascinating learning about different drinks and techniques. I don't drink at all so I never thought I'd enjoy this anime as I have so far. |

| I love that, as you'd expect, a bunch of people with no knowledge or expertise in anyway related to bartending are in the forums claiming the show is or isn't bs for x, y, or z reason when, again, none of us know what we're talking about xD. Bros haven't tasted and mixed the multitudes of drinks that they'd need to ACTUALLY make a qualified decision about whether a slightly different mixing style can make a difference or not. Bringing up cooking, as a counterexample is absurd too. "Stirring" vigorously, or whipping, is literally all you need to do to completely change a SINGLE ingredient into a completely different form. Try whipping up some egg whites really quickly. Not all changes have such a drastic visual change, but that doesn't mean that something hasn't changed at all. Also, if the show went into detail about every single thing that led to the MC's deductions... it isn't a detective show, so I'd say the show would be losing the plot at that point. Yes, it would make his deductions more believable: they certainly could do a better job of showing that. But is that what this show REALLY needs to focus on? Absolutely not. That would make it a detective show, rather than a bartending show. Not that I would be opposed to that type of show either, but that's clearly not what they're going for here. |

| The first half feels forced and contrived. What I hate about this version is that whenever Ryuu gives a drink that 'heals' the customer, it doesn't hit hard as the original. On the other hand, I like how he is mentoring this other bartender. The second half is better. It may lose the appeal of the original but it gains in other areas. |
| The chef got owned but he learnt important lesson. Good to see the bartender girl again, she's still unsure but she's improving. Also we got another girl bartender. Yuri seems like an interesting character. Good to know a bit more about Ryuu. |

| I know and see a bunch of people who have good sitting postures, and they've nothing to do with working in hotels lol. This one statement is like the dumbest thing I've heard in a while lol. Show should only focus on drinks, like they did in the second half. Representing Ryuu as a know-it-all just makes things look stupid if anything. |

| I really like how Sasakura made the Barmaid go to another bar to see how much personality you can put in your drink, that other Barmaid seems really experienced for someone who only started 3 years ago, it's impressive. |

| This was a pretty good episode. Kyouko's lack of self-esteem and confidence is a bit annoying. It's been 3 episodes since she decided to "quit" 2 since she decided to push through, and she still hasn't really grown any though she has been in every episode since her introduction. I'm just not a fan of this character though I do hope when she finally does show some growth it pays off well. What are the old guys cooking up at the end of this episode? |
