 Warner Bros. Japan announced six additional cast members for the Isekai Suicide Squad (Suicide Squad Isekai) anime series on Friday. The anime will premiere in 2024. Cast Rick Flag: Taku Yashiro (Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri) Katana: Chika Anzai (Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun) Amanda Waller: Kujira (Gintama) Fione: Reina Ueda (Ore dake Level Up na Ken) Aldora: Mamiko Noto (Shy) Cecil: Jun Fukushima (Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita.) The anime will have a Red Stage event at Anime Japan 2024 on March 23. Voice actors Anna Nagase (Harley Quinn), Yuuichirou Umehara (Joker), Reigo Yamaguchi (Deadshot), Jun Fukuyama (Clayface), Taku Yashiro, Reina Ueda, and Kujira will attend the event. Eri Osada (JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 4: Diamond wa Kudakenai episode director) is helming the anime at WIT Studio. Tappei Nagatsuki (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) and Eiji Umehara (Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song) are penning the script.
