I binged it in one night. The entire anime. It grabbed my attention and refused to give it back. It has only happened to me a handful of times.
I'm generous with my ratings most of the time and I was hesitant and thought about giving it a 9/10. But frankly, it deserves the 10/10 from me.

Isabella's dialogue in the last scenes contrasts too heavily with her sadistic and uncompromising character that was previously established. She was ardent about keeping all the kids in the plant and had no sympathy for them previously, but graciously accepts defeat and wishes them well just because they made it across the chasm? Surely they're still being hunted down by the demons that were mobilised after the alarm sounded.

Aside from that strange alteration made to Isabella's personality in the last moments, this anime was really good. The kids had very natural, immersive mentalities while still retaining many of the defining behavioural characteristics of kids their age, and the grasp of atmosphere was phenomenal. The mysteries were unpredictable, and the soundtrack was charming enough too. The main issues were, of course, the bizarrely compacted faces and occasional sudden changes to the mindset of certain characters.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but omething about the montage of all the kids training for their escape being spliced into their actual escape got me a little emotional. Norman would be so proud.

And yeah, Isabella's stunning with her hair down.

After such a long time, I've finally found an anime which is 10/10 for me, and that is this one. Amazing first season, every single episode of it was full of tension, emotions and cliffhangers which make you wanna watch instantly more.

Pretty good!!! I loved season 1 and when it came to the thriller and horror tensions, it really nailed closely to the manga. Season two really fell off extremely unfortunately

Loved it! Absolutely loved it. I especially admire the level of maturity and intelligence these children possessed especially considering how young they were. Emma is awesome, Norman is a freakin genius, Ray is a total bad ass, Don and Gilda are so reliable, and Phil, ohmydayyysss little Phil I just want to hug him. Still can't get over the fact that Norman is dead tho *sigh* He'd be so proud of them for actually executing the plan and escaping. And man that final scene with the sunrise... enough to make a grown man cry🤧

Really emotional final episode I've seen. I really cried and happiness.
I admit The Promised Neverland is my favorite anime on Season 1, but sadly that Season 2 is absolutely cringe and awfully bad anime so much...
