Let's in term of a anime the setting was vague and the MC really lack personality but as we progress through the anime we get to see that he had a perverted embarrassing side other than making dool which is good! The foundation of the girl falling for him was pretty simple and as a male it's typical for a guy that lack persona to fall in love easy! The background lack minor character and the 2 other cosplay was kinda irrelevant to the love story! The MC is a loner which take away the series joy (Like how do u not have a single friend nor has an impact full personality, he only and only love making dolls)
However the follow through of their love story was quite good seeing how she was self aware of her feeling and the MC kinda too! Unlike (Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out, where the outgoing girl is so annoying to the point where see can even admit she love him to him! A waste of Epsiode!For a nor complicated anime 2 season and still no confession make it a mid anime)a! On the other hand although this anime lack many subjects the follow through of this story was simple and good, and atlwast the female knows what she want!

Even if you're not an ecchi enjoyer, you will still love this anime. It's characters are it's strongest aspect of the show and why it was so loved. Gojo and Marin are wonderful characters
