THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

Finally the Dianna's are tpgether again, and the Turn X reveals himself. Also Loran can't kill off another idiot like Sweatson.

Now let's see what the dark history holds...

I've got to say that this series has really rejuvenated my interest since the Willgem went to space. Hopefully we'll keep having some quality episodes until the end.

Fran said exactly what I've thought every time someone mentions the "Turn X". :D It's symmetrical, you can't turn it and have a new shape. :l It looks epic, though.

Agreed! Those last episodes are pretty good.

One thing I noticed about this show is that they throw new characters and plot developments in the air without explaining you. It is, somewhat, interesting, because it gives you oportunity to think about the situations and come to a conclusion. On the other side, it shows a poor written story, in my opinion.

Now if only both Dianna and Khiel can stay together until the series end that would be great because I'm getting sick/confused all the time otherwise.

The Turn A vs Turn X should be nice.

It's good to hear Maintainer talk like the big leader he's supposed to be. He made a nice point, I actually think he is partially right. But this problem was due to Dianna's lack of preparation, incredible naivety and lack of leadership too.
Ghinghanam seems a bit too war-obsessed to take part in the politics games but he and Agrippa don't seem particularly "buddies", so I can totally see him going for the power if the Turn X's abilities are incredible enough.

The Turn A "destroyed the Universal Century" ?! Just how? This is nothing more than an antiquity with a mustache. Unless it has some secret weapon: they talked about a butterfly and it has butterfly-like beam wings in the new opening.

5/5 With the action scenes getting better, I expect the Turn A vs X to be a good sight.

@Amuro_Char I was under the impression that the story actually knew where it was heading to very early on but kept straying until the second half to realize it had lost too many episodes.

I do hope we learn more about the dark history, and that it's not just some sort of tease. Enjoying the show more now.

Those rising columns in Agrippa's hall reminded me of a similar thing in Nadia (Gargoyle's Red Noah).

That Turn X symbol on Loran's screen looks like 2 Turn A symbols combined, huh. Honestly I've never seen a mobile suit entering the game while being so *intimidating*. Turn X just feels like a serious threat (the music adds to that).

So true. Turn X's colors also resembled those of a butterfly I guess...and one might see some resemblance between its wings and an X.

"Merrybell", nice name lol. Similar to the song from the beginning of ep. 1.

P.S. Wasn't Lily supposed to call somebody from the palace? I guess it's good she chose to call in some reinforcements instead.

P.P.S. I suspect Agrippa is smarter than he appears to be.

Agrippa is less of a MacGuffin than what I thought. He's knows what he's doing but it still seems that Gingham is the one with the upped hand, especially now that he has the Turn X in his hands.
This last streak of episodes is great and if everything goes right it will make an amazing conclusion to what I will probably consider my favorite Gundam show.

Tomino please, i love this show don't ruin it at the end.
The turn X Is menacing, and i'm curious to know how turn A destroyed humanity in the dark history.
Also finally Dianna and Kihel are together again.
