I haven't read it, but I have heard that the manga is quite bad. The light novel is good so I would still recommend you read that.

Read the light novel it's a lot better and already finished I believe it is volume 10 I could be wrong though

Don't bother.
The community here is rather peaceful unlike JJK's shit of a fandom. The anime is the best adaptation for the light novel. Waiting till Spring won't really hurt.

Considering how much worldbuilding had to be left out because of adaptation time restraints, start with chapter 1 of the novel.

Season 2 ends with volume 9,but I recommend just reading from the start

I would suggest you to read LN from vol 7 cause they cut many important scenes in anime but manga is not bad

The anime will be ahead of the manga anyway so there's no point. Also, the manga is a very mediocre adaptation of the novels. You should either stick to the anime or read ahead in the novels.

The manga is on like chapter 95 or something, which takes place only a little bit after the end. It's more worthwhile to just read the ln
