| Rudeous and Sylphy finally meet after so long~~ The opening for this season is amazing, honestly beautiful, it really gives the impression we are slowly living along Rudeous journey and so much happened up till now... it despictes rather well his inner struggles and I just love to watch it over and over again, I think this might be the best thing coming out of S2 part 1, so amazing. |

| Hmpf... anime-level logic. She says she was hanging panties for Ariel in girl-only district and not only he didn't find it weird but now he still thinks she is a guy. How stupid viewers this anime expects to be? No disbelief? Also, the subs were all-over-the place this time, they were calling her him even though most of the sentences were pretty much ambiguous and neutral in japanese. Even more so, Zanoba actually labeled Silent-dono a kanojo (a girl) while adressing Fitts as kare (a boy) later on. How confused the script can be? Adding to that those girls clearly knew Fitts is a girl otherwise they would act very differently in women district. The author cleraly wanted Rudeus not recognizing Sylphie so he gave her anachronistic glasses, changed her hair (just because, as plot device) but he clearly didn't think through the rest. As good as this reunion should have been I didn't like this episode at all. |
| Rudeus visits the school, and the vice principal takes him to do a trial test. The vice principal calls for Fitz, not knowing its Sylphiette. He wants the two of them to do a mock battle. Rudeus learnt the nullification magic. Sylphiette is his senior in school. Zanoba, the third prince, fan of Rudeus is also there. Cliff Grimoire, the self acclaimed genius, who proposed Eris is also there. Sylphiette doesn’t reveal herself to Rudeus. I wonder why though. |
