| Yoooooo Kaya got the perfect punishment. Oh man, I hope we get to see her be a servant lmao. I'm glad Koji is leaving, it's definitely what's best for him in this situation since he's the middle man. After seeing Kudo's ability, he realized he's weak. But poor Koji, he lost Miyo. Hazuki is so cute ahh, I thought this was set in an older era so I was surprised she was dressed in western clothing. This is the first time I've noticed a pink highlight/shade on people's hair. Is that new or am I just now noticing it? Annnnd it seems like they might've broken into Miyo's mom's grave?? Aw that was the first time Miyo laughed/giggled :') |

| A nice lighthearted scenes. Kiyoka and Miyo finally got engaged. And Kiyoka's sister, Hazuki is really kind and beautiful. Miyo deserves people like them. But why they always end the episode with bad news D: |

So we went from the dramatics of last episode, to a somewhat "transition" episode.
Thus begins the interminable wait for the next episode, sigh. |

| Exactly like how Kouji said, Miyo would think about her family's safety after eveything. With the sakura tree breaking down, Miyo has nothing from the past (bad or good) that can cage her, so she can only move forward now, which she is learning to do with people who care for her. Kiyoka, fully knowing that he is the cause of Miyo's blush and fluster: Your face is red, do you have a fever? (I will squish their cheeks they are soooo) I so love the fluffy moments. Miyo from ep 1 would have not imagined happily entering an engagement with a man like Kudou. Seeing her smiling (yet understandably nervous) during the ceremony makes me so happy for her. Hazuki knowing that Kiyoka is just outside the room and Kiyoka immediately opening the door to refuse his sister's idea of bringing Miyo home with her. And he really just continued to remain in the room and read his book lol. Miyo earnestly conveying her gratitude for Hazuki's help was a sure arrow to her heart (and mine as well). Wouldn't it have been cool if Kiyoka honestly replied "yes" to Hazuki's teasing that he'll be lonely without Miyo because he got flustered (resulting all of them being embarassed afterwards hahaha). Foreboding ending again. We'll see more supernatural elements for the second half. Who is that bespectacled man wanting to take Miyo now? |
| Ah. Good to know that Kaya will be a servant to a strict family. She deserves it so she'll know what Miyo felt. As for the evil parents, the punishment was too light for them. And even after Miyo had gone through, she still forgave them. She's too kindhearted. Good to know that Kouji's dad will be replaced by his eldest son. But what's gonna happen to him? Kiyoka's older sister likeable and already likes Miyo enough to take her home and teasing her little brother she'll be lonely without her cute fiancée. Heh. She has a nice western dress. Would love see Miyo wear one in the series. Honestly, she's already lady-like enough but she'll do her best for her future husband. How sweet. It seems after the kidnapping incident, there's another problem coming again to get that sweet Usuba powers from Miyo. Be careful you two. |
| I wonder if Kaya is being pushed out of the story or if she'll show up again. It'd be good if we could see her change her ways. Maybe working as a servant will make her empathize with Miyo more. |
| Koji is finally stepping up his game. I hope he can make Kaya a better woman someday by supporting her, and I do hope both sisters can one day reunite with each other, and make-up in the later story... but that's probably asking for too much and it may take a while if it were so... it won't be happy without Kaya and Koji. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| After everything that happened, she is worried about the safety of those in the Saimori household. Kiyoka made Kaya a servant in a strict house. Cool move. Something happened when she touched her mother's Sakura tree. Hope it's something related to her powers. Miyo said she doesn't remember the day Koji was talking about. I hope it gave closure to Koji to move on in life. Their engagement is now official. Damn, Miyo's handwriting is so bad (not that I blame her). With Kiyoka's handwriting next to hers, it's so striking. Kiyoka's sister is a fashionista. Kiyoka is having a fun time teasing Miyo. The way Kiyoka describes Hazuki 🤣🤣🤣. Hazuki looks good when serious too. Whoa there, Kiyoka is listening to their conversation. Yurie is fun to watch. Such good siblings. Seems like Miyo's powers are rampant during her nightmares. Something ominous came out. Miyo's cousin Arata works for the emperor if I'm not wrong. Either way, they'll go against Kiyoka. |

| Comfort episode to make us forget how badly written the whole kidnapping storyline was. It was alright, I guess. Also lol at Kudou's sister coming right from modern-day Japan to help Miyo become a proper lady. I know Meiji Era was when the western influence in Japan started getting stronger but considering how "traditional" everything in the show has been so far, it was still kinda odd to see someone like Hazuki being introduced so suddenly. Though I really liked how fresh she looked, all things considered. |
| Miyo wants to visit the burned down house one more time and something happened when she touched that tree thing, interesting. Kaya is still as shit as ever, i have no total respect for her. Luckily she gets send off to an strict place. Kouji talking with Miyo one last time. Kouji is also packing his packs and leaving. Looks like Miyo & Kiyoka officially signed their engagement papers. Miyo blushing for the first time. Hazuki seems like a nice person so far. One problem has been dealt with and another problems is already surfacing. A beast broke out of an tomb and this is gonna be something. Arata is also after Miyo for some reason. Interesting to see how this will play out. |

| Though the development was somewhat slow again, the arrival of Kudo's sister freshens things up and opens the doors for more character evolution. The final scenes were very intriguing, I'm looking forward to the next episode. |

| It was a good thing Miyo let Kouji down nicely, to cut any lingering hope he had for her. I hope Kaya will reform herself as a servant in that household she had to go to. Hazuki sure was a free-spirited person which was very nice~. I still can't understand why suddenly (seemingly) everybody wants Miyo because before that she was treated so badly and it seemed like it wouldn't matter if she died or not...oh well. Man! This anime's historical period always manages to surprise me, because of the mixture of Western and Asian clothes. I think it's very cool to see that mixture because usually that mixture isn't represented that strongly...really give this somewhat realistic vibe to this all? If not for all the supernatural powers that some people have... |

| Ahh sweet satisfaction to know what happened to Miyo's parents and half-sister. Especially for Kaya. Now, she works as a servant. Oh how the tables have turned. Truly a fall from grace like Kiyoka said. |
| Pretty peaceful episode after the crazy shit that happened previously. Loved Kudo's big sister. Now we got some evil dickwads reporting to the emperor or whatever titled they used last episode freeing some skeletons or whatever. I guess with Miyo's family out of the way for now we are going to shirt more to the Usaba family in general and how their power being so OP all the important people want her. |

| I love rewatching them over & over. There should be more shows that have a similar love story where they gradually fall in love & not rushed there is ups & downs like in normal relationships. One of the best shows there is & can't wait for more episodes. LOVE My Happy Marriage. |
