War Hammer Titan would win if the shifter uses strategem + brains + speed.

Colossal Titan is a giant but it's slow. It can trample the War Hammer Titan unless War Hammer goes on full speed.

I feel like war hammer despite the sheer firepower and size disadvantage would definitely be able to stand a chance against colossal titan if it slowly chipped away at it from range but if collosal went on full offence it could most likely win. Armin has plot armour plus he's strategic so probably collssal

@DeathNote37 See now thats different, at least for me. I think that Armin will deffinitely win if he is the shifter because he is a strategist and smart af. Bertholdt on the other hand.... For me he was more brutal force rather than thinking of the best outcome for the fight or he was being ordered around. Colossal Titan is indeed slow and doesnt have the fast movement of the War Hammer Titan, but as the fellow people here in the comments said, CT is a nuke basically. I dont think that WHT has any chance at all.
