| That's a good question. I also believe that there's no way he would be frightened if he didn't knew something about Maru. Either Kiruko talked about it but I find hard to believe that Robin would trust her enough to be afraid, or Robin knows something about Maru, possibly that he's also a hiruko and Robin knows hiruko can be very dangerous. There's a lot of things to understand yet, even for manga readers, on Robin. |
| He placed guards at the entrance who were supposed not to let anyone in. Since he was there, he must have find out what happened and forced his way through by beating the shit out if the guards. |

There's a good chance that Maru is Kona and Tokio's child, so that would make him an hiruko since all the kids from the school are hirukos. Robin knows about man-eaters since he was apparently nurturing one in the room attached to a woman. I don't think I spoiled anything that would no be deduced from the anime. In fact, from my reading on MAL, all of this has already been deduced by anime-only watchers. |
