| This episode was really great! The scene when Daikichi and Rin are running home and find the lights turned and someone home (since Reina and Haruko were there) was so powerful and really drove home the point of "what if" for Daikichi. I hope he at least tries with Yukari. The drama with Haruko is probably also making him think about his own life as well. Not going to state the obvious about the whole growing up/dreams/outlook on life that's going on with Haruko but I'm really liking how everything is playing out. Very enjoyable and sweet series so far. |

| That was an interresting topic to treat. Life can be hard for a married women who provide almost nothing financialy, they often fell powerless. It was sad to see that she was regretting her childhood, it's hard to grow up. Daukichi is such a good man, he could easily have turned them down. Rin have such a good chemistry with Reina and Kouki. The ending scene was so funny, the girls are shopping while the boys are waiting xD |

| Such a deep theme was explored in this episode... Divorce, marriage, sacrifices. This anime really knows how to engage the audience --which im sure are young-- and allow them to understand these concepts. Im no parent --fahh, 19 forever teen :P -- but i somehow understand how Daikichi feels and its a wonderful feeling. it actually makes me want kids of my own someday. The struggles are real and it wont always be happy go lucky but just like this anime presents, it will all be worthit I cant wait for Koukis mom and Daikichi to be together BUT BUT BUT i also want Kouki to be with Rin when they grow up. siiighhhhhhh so sad D: |

| Made me respect Haruka's character a lot more. I'm still not a fan of Kouki's mom getting with Daikichi though. I like them both as characters but it just feels a little forced for me. |

| This episode is really REAL. My aunt is actually in Haruko's footsteps as well, with the whole "I don't feel loved anymore" feeling. I also liked how they used the balloon scene to connect to Haruko's life. Reina and Rin are adorable <3 |
| I love the realistic aspect of this anime. My mother was in the same situation as Haruko when she was young. She was miserable living with my dad's mother and wanted to run away. She never did though ;) I hope Daikichi and Kouki's mom get together. |

| I've surprised how the art in this show isn't bothering me at all. It's simple and yet, so pretty. The episode was good, but I hate women who think it's better to stay in a crappy relationship just for the sake of children. You will bottle up your feelings and later you won't feel a thing anymore. That's so pathetic. I think she would be strong if she did something. Being able to deal with all kind of crap isn't being strong if you ignore yourself. |

| This episode was kind of depressing, Haruko just goes back because she feels it is the best for her daughter and says she will just bottle up her feelings, instead of just speaking her husband and her inlaws about how awful she feels. |
| It's pretty real, the situations dealt with in this Anime. Except for the end of the manga which I won't talk about in detail. I know many people whose parents have divorced for major reasons like domestic violence including child abuse and for petty reasons too. |

| I seriously ship Kouki's mom with Daikichi because of this episode especially with the ending, as we saw her acting as the motherly figure Rin needs. But wow Haruko deserves better than that stinking husband of hers. |

| This episode pretty much focused on Daikichi's cousin Haruko. And apparently she's no longer happy staying with her husband and her in-laws, so she ran away from home and stayed at Daikichi's house. Haruko shipping Daikichi x Yukari. Hahaha. I'll support you on that. I ship them, too! :D But Haruko decided to go back to their house, but WHY? I thought she's no longer happy? :/ Daikichi, Yukari, Rin, and Kouki shopping together like a family. Hahaha. Omfg. |

| 6,5 - actually nice seeing both families spending time together.. Main episodes didn't have too much interaction between Daikichi and Yukari shown.. But here we can see that maybe they're spending free time together from time to time, which is nice.. ;P Now to episode 7.. Well.. Maybe Haruko will actually be shipper for Daikichi and Yukari?.. At least she can make Daikichi think about his relationship with Yukari, as it seems he's not really thinking about it much.. But yeah.. Married life isn't always happy, is it?.. A bit besides the point, but still: divorces are actually like 50% or something nowadays.. And among other 50% not everyone live in happiness as well.. So yeah.. Married life isn't actually having a good prognosis, even if in society marriage is considered to be a very important desirable thing.. But noone really marries expecting that 50/50 that it won't work, majority marries expecting that it'll be a marriage for whole life.. Hiding your feelings, hm.. I can imagine, Haruko.. I feel that adults a bit too much freak out about marriage topic in this anime.. I don't really understand, why.. Really, it's not a happy end, not even a happy development for Haruko in the end.. She still will be living with just dealing things with how they are, I guess.. Yeah.. Her life was hard, and still will be.. Well, I myself decided for myself really, what relationships I will have with marriage, and my opinion stays the same.. |
| Yep, this is the strongest episode so far. Running away didn’t really solve anything at the end of the day; the father is still seemingly uncaring and impatient while prioritizing saving face over anything. Meanwhile Haruko is still hellbent on bottling up her emotions and carrying this massive burden all for her daughter’s sake. Nice if not too blatant use of symbolism there at the end. |

| A cute episode that is also quite deep. Problems in a marriage contrasting with how much fun the two kids were having. They're like cousins. Haruko is cute, always thought that from the first time I saw her ^^ The relationship with Kouki and his mom is also cute. Kouki's mom is totally having fun treating Rin like a daughter, and Kouki maybe sees a little bit of a father figure in Daikichi. Is the Daikichi x Kouki's mom ship sailing? And what's her name anyway? |

| I like what this episode is doing but I feel like it was resolved too easily. I think Haruko being neglected and having to serve everyone in the house hold with no concern of her feelings is absolute bunk. But it doesn't resolve with the father apologizing much or even vowing to change. So that was a little MEH. But then again it does feel like it's not something can be solved in one conversation either. But I do love the friendship Reina and Rin have. The scene of them holding had going to sleep. I almost imploded. |

| Does the show diverge significantly in quality from the manga pre-time skip? Because if not, I have no idea how a story this emotionally resonant devolved into . . . well, what the manga became by its end. |
