| despite being the mayor, his daily routine stays exactly the same the demon race made its first contact with mc, what could they want? the messenger wanted to discuss the status of the village, but he probably wasn't expecting mc to actually be the one to say he would pay taxes and stuff, the guy probably was worried about how he was gonna reason with mc... anyway, 10% of all the product will be collected one per year, just before winter the girls are surprised, they got the demon lord protection and all they have to pay is some small taxes (under 10% when compared to the usual 50% other people pay), what a bargain lols the demons were also worried about the 2 main girls, they are well known ... ofc there's also the elves , the wolves, the angels... and even a high spider, who could rival the demon king (lol what?) , there's no way the messenger could not accept his conditions the dragon master, Dryme, is here. they live a little south of the village, almost like neighbors... the gift is a cool looking sword since inviting the big dragon inside is hard, he had no choice but to transform into a human, and there is the one and only male in the opening song lol trying the wine, the Dryme doesn't want to go back home preparing for future visits, they decided to make a new guest house, big enough to fit at least 30 people, with a first floor to party and a second floor to sleep, as well as all the procedures, like welcoming the visitors, ringing a bell, or making sure they behave properly (the 2 vampire girls can go for days without sleep) not long after, some guys (cat? dog? wolf?) came to visit, with Ru taking care of them, making sure they know how to behave i like how she was ready to treat the ones outside like enemies, or tell them to be careful of dangerous people who live there (cough Tia) they were then put inside the guest house and... Tia locked them, because they didn't bring a gift LOL they could be dangerous indeed, and there's still some more hiding outside the village Anne making sure there's a difference between the meals offered to guests with a gift and guests without a gift lol, that being said, even the not so exquisite ones are still good also thanks to mc, they gave them a couple wine cups per person, while everyone else didn't like the idea... still they are important guests, even if they didn'tt think about gifts the guys came from a place called Howling Village (yep sounds like a name for a wolf/fox/dog village lol) ... they have been doing trades wit humans, but lately it has been difficult, so they were looking for new trade partners, when they found mc place the 2 extra guys who came inside are happy about being able to get a meal, but leaving some outside is important, so they can relay information to their village if something happens to the ones inside they want mc to go to his village, since navigating this forest is hard for people who don't live there... let's have the dogs pull the carriage lol as for trades, the other village has stuff made from ores they mine, painting color, silverware (eating items), glass, metal and similar, and in exchange the mc part would give them food (as expected) it's time for them to leave, and first they apologised for the gift incident, their village doesnt have that custom going for the trades, it's also a good idea to just have the lizards carry some food in their bags, since they are strong... and Dryme offered to carry them in exchange for wine LOL Dryme has been visiting the village, bringing more presents, like weapons, jewels or more potions, and drinking until he fell asleep and had to be carried away the dragon going to the village, i can't wait for the beast peopless reaction to it pfft , they got scared for a second but quickly noticed that it was not a problem, boring at the start they didn't want to touch the food, but for some reason they accepted the free samples ufff, they sold the wine as well, poor dragon couldn't drink it during the travel time... at least he got to drink more now at the party talking about 20 beast girls who want to come live with them, why no man? wtf lol the mc doesn't want to be the sole guy in the village, there's no future that way... so he asked for some males to come as well the girl who came was worried, mc can do whatever he wants with them as long as he doesn't kick them out about the males he requested....... there's 3 young ones... i guess the elves will have to wait a few years HAHAHAHAHA |

| I'm really enjoying the development of the village. However! I don't mind that this is an isekai where the MC is OP. Actually, I'm all up for an OP MC. I didn't even mind that every person with a human form who lives in the village is female, besides MC. It's pretty much a forgone conclusion that 90% of isekai anime with male MC who is OP ends up being harem. But, that ending. Seeing the expressions of the elves when they laid their eyes on the male children as if they wanted to devour them....and then that last sentence the MC said.... Ew. NO. Was that supposed to be funny? (￣m￣） (￣_￣|||) |

| I love how he's accidentally a force to be reckoned with, and so clueless to it. Everyone's shaking in their boots at the mere existence of the Great Tree Village and all the OP inhabitants. Such a fun series. I welcome the addition of cute wolf girls! |

| LOL, he knows this harem is too much, so he starts asking for dudes! If you think about it, this is pretty unprecedented in anime, normally the ability to handle a huge harem is assumed. But in reality, even a single wife is all a man can handle, so there's no reason to assume such an ability. Unfortunately the men to help handle his harem are a bit lacking, but still better than nothing |

| The Great Tree Village has entered some trade agreements. A barrel of wine for transport via dragon is a solid deal in my book. Also Hiraku having so many legends living in his village unbeknownst to him? That's the stuff of greatness. |

| Hikaru gets a visit by the Mayor Beezel who visits his village to collect tax, it feels like the Forest of Death is under the evil factions so makes sense they'd collect some sort of occupier's compensation to them. The evil faction fold quickly after finding out that the village has powerful monster species and even Angels of Annihilation lol. Beastmen visit the village to seek vacancy during their trip but the others are suspicious of their arrival. Tio tries to gather information while they drink booze but the next day they offer to set up a trade agreement. The alteraction went down better than I expected with them agreeing to collaborate in the future. Hikaru accepts beastmen/women in his village and they come with baggage lol. Good episode, series is developing more or less without any antagonist which is nice to see, laid back style. |
