| Interesting to see Ryouhei and Shuu getting some screen time together. Perhaps it was fate or something that allowed them to spend more time. I kinda like how this show continues to concentrate on his colorful cast without forgetting anyone in particular. Ryouhei definitley has room for improvement and realistically, I can see him improve with practice and determination. |

| Loved the interactions between Ryohei and Shuu this episode, I think their conversations about kyudo really helped them both in their thoughts toward the sport, and how to improve. It seems that both might have quite complex families as well. Sae and Ryohei's little dynamic together is quite adorable too, and I'm glad Shuu wasn't mad when the secret was out. Everyone gets a little nervous when their family watches them perform I suppose. We're past the halfway point of this season of Tsurune, and I'm enjoying it way more than I did for the first season. The development seems very balanced for all the characters, and they all are getting a chance to shine. That, combined with how good the audio and the visuals are makes this quite a nice show to watch. |

| The Shuu from Season 1 and the one from this season are like day and night lol. He's so cool and mature now. Nice episode overall. Really liked the interactions between Shuu and Ryouhei. |

| Ryohei's confidence issues with his Kyudo skills is something that many of us can relate to in a way, so it was nice to see him do his best to try and sort that issue out himself, which led to him visiting Shuu and Sae. His visit to their house was great. Although Shuu now knows the secret of Sae watching his performance at the Regionals, he doesn't seem to mind it. He was kind enough to take everyone to his own personal Kyudo range and see his shots from up close, where the animation quality for his arrow shot was simply incredible. He gave Ryohei an opportunity to use a bamboo bow to shoot and while he did miss the target by a very narrow margin, Shuu was impressed with his posture and shot as a whole. Plus, the way Sae reacted when Shuu wanted her to watch him at the Nationals was VERY adorable! ^_^ One thing of note was about Ryohei bringing up a bit of his family and how his older sister doesn't go out of the house at all. It makes me feel sorry for him in that regard and who knows if this subject will be brought up again or not. Either way, I really enjoyed this episode as a whole, as with the second season so far. =) |
