| Another idol show like the rest out there, but featuring males and androids. Exactly the kind of things that is under CyberAgent's catalogue of a mixed-media project. Also, this is Doga Kobo's 3rd music series after Selection Project. And it's not the first show to be directed by a Korean. What is assumed to be just typical labour to pay for day-to-day uses, leads the main cast of Cobalt, Chrom, Kei and Neon into this "Babel" tower that's just essentially the heart of male idol singing through AI generated arts and music, starting out as Climbers in a VR-centric world. But this kid (Esora Shibaura) that was practically on his own, it's like quests upon quest. And with Esora's motivation, the group of guys passed the 1st of 5 stages. The ED is nice, albeit there's lots of male idol groups in the new franchise to be featured down the line. Not really fond of idol shows that look and feel the same, giving this the 3-episode rule. |

| Definitely not a bad start. Those androids are pretty cool. They were able to help that poor kid. :) Nice T-101 vs. T-1000 ending. That guy just melted. What an unexpected twist. I can't wait to see more! |

| Despite my general disdain for the idol genre, the post-credits end scene was some sort of salvation, a glimmer of unusual coolness. I was gonna drop it until that last scene. The sound design is top-notch and sounds terrific on a good system/headphones. I'm also a fan of robots, so, as this one may turn out to be unexpectedly dark/dystopian with excellent sounds, this one is going into the 3-episode testing zone. |

| Okayish start, a bit too stiff for my taste. Doga Kobo made Plastic Memories. It's a different anime, but shares some similarities with this one. |

| omg,,, to be honest that was a great start!! as a Technoroid fan since the beginning and as a person that also plays the game I'm really positively surprised! It's good to see some background (yes, the anime takes place BEFORE the plot in the mobile Technoroid game and it took me like a two hours to notice lol) to the plot and the world; also little Esora is so baby!!! The 3D lives look pretty good in my opinion and hell yes the music slays as always (still hoping for "Knockin' On x Lockin' On" to be there) I love how the animation looks and i'm pretty satisfied with the details as well! i've waited for so long and man im so happy and i hope the rest episodes will be just as fun!! (also cant wait for mechanica metallica i'm going to literally scream when I see Lana and Zin animated lmao) |

| This anime has all the flags of "avoid" (like any other idol anime out there), however that last minute makes me wonder what's going to happen next. |

| I don't get to see NojiKen's character yet, but I got to hear his voice in the intro. Also the fireworks as ASMR, I like. Give many hugs to Esora. That ending though... Seems like not everything is all fun and games. | It was an ok episode for me, I like the character design and artstyle, the songs were pretty good, also it looks like there might be some android/AI revolution or something, was really not expecting the old guy to just melt in the lava, I'll give this one a try. |

| I was expecting this to be yet another regular idol anime, but then the after-credit scene happened. Now I don't know what to think. Kinda hoping for a dark theme idol anime though. |

| Started off pretty bad feeling but ended with some sweetness and then suspense so not bad. Though what the heck is up with this world? Androids created to assist humans keep maintaining a dying world under the expanding sun but they still have to pay money to survive plus they get dropped from heights enough to break them as if they are worthless? Humans are freed from a lot of labour but androids do all the entertaining? So humans are left with no passion and are just couch potatoes? This truely is a late capitalist dystopia. Also shouldn’t the humans have darker skin unless we just assume they all wear some high tech sunscreen and that solar cape that was mentioned and rarely go out during the day? |

| Got halfway. Character introductions were a mess, what with frontloading the main group and skipping over what could have been a decent way to show off the other lot with the stupid names. Comedy was pretty much just "look how out-of-touch and naïve these robots are," which wasn't helped by the faulty timing. Chroma's head coming at least twice is somewhat suspicious, I don't want to declare it a fetish but it does seem gratuitous. And finally focusing the episode on a random side character rather than any of the main cast is just a waste of limited time. Getting to know the actually relevant cast first is pretty well-known as being what you should do. If I wanted a somewhat entertaining Agematsu-headed (or at least I recall it announced as such, yet he seems to not be on the staff listing) male idol show, I have Visual Prison from a year and a season ago. This one I'll be leaving off my plate. |

| I'm intrigued! The idol tower seems like a fun idea, but then they mentioned heat jackets (global warming?) and the backgrounds of some places look destroyed. Not to mention some places are underwater. Clearly something horrible has happened. And then, that after credit scene. Poor guy was bruised and battered when our androids found him. Once he's 'saved' he ends up getting ruthlessly murdered. This kind of reminds me of Centaur no Nayami, where there was a slice of life story happening, but if you paid attention to the background the world our characters were in seemed a lot more sinister. Good first episode, I'm excited to see what happens now. |
| It's okay I guess? It was a slightly emotional first episode with an interesting post-credit scene so I think I'm going to watch the next episode before deciding to either see this through or drop it. It's okay so far though but idk. This doesn't really seem like my thing |

| It was fine I guess, there were a few better moments and at least there are hints it might be better than super generic idol music, so I'll see where it goes. There's promise at least, but I'm definitely not hooked yet. The ending is interesting and that this might actually lead to something good. |

| Excellent start to 2023 in anime. Definitely is a trendsetter for the year and gives me confidence that 2023 will be incredible. CG/mocap enhanced anime continues to do amazing jobs with the idol genre and paired with a serious storyline makes a good show. Looking forward to where it goes from here, I also like the ongoing sea level rise being a part of things...buildings and parks submerged etc. Lastly, hope the dancing levels up as Knocc levels up, the choreography was incredibly light on the steps here. |

| I like idol stories with a twist and am really hoping they make proper use of the ominous sci-fi world they've set up going forward!! When executed correctly, this has the potential to become an interesting story with layers. The songs in this episode were solid, I'm an especially big fan of Makoto Furukawa's vocals! It's always a pleasure to hear him around. I've been running out of things to listen to, so new male idol franchises are always a welcome addition to my playlist, haha. |

| That was quite the dark turn at the end there, the futuristic flooded world clued me into a darkness but the ending definitely made me interested in seeing more. Esora is in the center of the key visual despite him not being a main character, I guess he'll play a future role of some kind. Honestly the least interesting part of this show is the idol aspect and the weird entertainment tower. |
| Huh... I had this off my list cause it looked like a generic male idol anime, LOL And it was only tagged as Music and Sci-Fi. I did not expect there to be Dark themes in it. Looks kinda interesting, might watch a few more episode and see if I'll put it off or continue watching. |

| Okay, when that Babel came up, I thought this was just gonna be another generic idol anime and I thought I would only be staying because Neon caught my eye... but this episode turned out better than I thought. That post credit scene was so dark. I never expected it from an idol anime. Although flaws are there. Okay, they got themselves a melody, but where did they get the lyrics? How did they come up with their dance? Maybe they didn't need to practice as they are AIs and they only need a program but... where did they get the program? Oh well. It's fine. I kinda like it. Also, again there's Neon. And Kite looks hot. |
