| @Zarutaku Because the guidelines for music videos say they should include new animation. Recaps have their own guidelines too: "Recaps or promo episodes with voice actor commentary over the animation do not count. Normal story recaps are allowed" I would like these MVs to be allowed, but unfortunately, that would require a guideline change. |
