| I was expecting this show to get better now that the basic setup is done, not worse. Its just so slow and tedious now. Meanwhile Suletta is still in autist overdrive. The dance video was almost as cringe as last ep. I guess they got the Pharact so Miorine can pilot a gundam as well, atleast once its "safe", though I actually enjoy the support dynamic. Having a second gundam around is just a bit suspicious, especially when nobody can use it. Was that Shaddiqs harem or what was going on? Imagine beeing a top of the class engineer developing gundams only to work for this group of kids.. But we got Miorine fanservice, I guess that makes this a good ep after all. |

| Shaddiq seems to have bigger plans for Gundams despite his father not wanting them around. He's the only male character I like so far that isn't trying to be an asshole. The promotional video for amusing and slightly cringe by the way. |

| We had a prologue where everyone got massacred for being involved with Gundam then we have the white haired bitch who didn't have anything planned, nor knew anything getting her company approved by all despite it being FOR Gundam, then pushing everything onto and getting the guys from Earth involved and bossing them around like the bitch she is, everything just falls into Meanierine's lap and they throw in an obstacle or two which will be easily cleared again, wow, such amazing writing! Looks like the entire series is staying afloat just for the yuri. Also I'm feeling sorry for Guel now, that guy is never going to get anything in this series, since he not a shippable girl after all. |

| i literally fell in love with the promotional video. the idea of a gundam that saves lives is really good, but obviously it couldn't be that easy, i wonder what shaddiq will do now. i'm afraid that a big battle is about to start. |

| I kind of tuned out during this episode, because I don't like management dilemmas and stuff like that. I feel like the show isn't gonna go as full into that as IBO did. Anyway, I'm glad that they figured out to go with the original GUND-ARM idea (cybernetic enhancements), but it seems like there is some sneaky stuff on the horizon. |

It's really weird seeing it in this series actually, even more so, since the characters are just kids and lack the same kind of crisis that the IBO kids had. Miorine seems to be going into jerk-mode. Anyway, I'm glad that they figured out to go with the original GUND-ARM idea (cybernetic enhancements), but it seems like there is some sneaky stuff on the horizon. I'm a little confused how the GUND-ARM thing exactly works (why Gundams instead of just small cybernetics - perhaps to do space work? Or is it just because it became a military technology and initially was not a thing for giant mechs?). I'm actually not super into transhumanist stories, so we'll see how this goes. I'm curious how the tomato symbolism will interact with the GUND-ARM ideals. I loved the promo video! |
